First of all the bike came nearly a week early. Thank you so much! It was a matter of sheer luck that I happened to see the fedex truck pulling up just as I was leaving. That being said, the bike was everything I hoped it would be. What a beautiful bike; sleek and trim... Wow. Assembly was pretty simple for two totally incompetent people, but something did happen that we're still freaking out about: At one point, my friend said "oh nice. It even comes with keys" as he held up a bag with two silver keys in it. I asked him to hand them to me and he said "let me finish this first" and we didn't really think anymore of it. Cue the Twilight Zone music... After the bike was assembled, we started looking for the keys. Two silver keys in a plastic bag. He handled them! I SAW THEM! Now I'm starting to panic. WTF did you do with the keys?!? Turned the place up side down. THEY GOTTA BE HERE SOMEWHERE! It got to the point where I started losing my mind. I SAW two silver keys, in a bag and NOW they were gone. Okay. Instead of continuing butting heads with each other (things were getting heated), I'm going to put the bike aside, call customer service and ask if they can send me two more keys. So I get onto the bike and, connected to the handle bars, there are TWO BLACK KEYS! Wait, what? What are these? "Must be two extras". "Why send two silver keys and two black keys?" "Beats me. Do they work?" "Yeah." Now, we had spent nearly twenty minutes on the front wheel. I had to hold it up by the handle bars and I NEVER saw the two keys dangling from the zip tie but, there they were now. Even as my friend was leaving, we were still freaked. We both saw two silver keys. He, literally, held them in his hand! WOW!!! Anyway, the bike is together and the batteries are charging. I haven't even ridden it yet but I already love it. It would have to be a serious piece of junk to change that. I'm sure I'll love it even more. One thing... you may need someone with small, deft hand to install the basket. If you have arthritis, it's tough and THAT is the only negative thing that I can say, so far. I'll repost another review in a few days for an update but, right now, I'm a happy 76 year old although I am still losing my mind over those keys. How totally effing weird! Okay... battery is charged and time to take it for a ride. At 80lbs, it was still easy to maneuver into the elevator and out the door. My first time hitting the "gas", it almost took off without me. Wow! I had no idea about anything except that I knew I was doing things wrong. I kept asking "why is it doing/not doing this" so I turned it around, to see how well it made the hill to my building, and again read the manual. Now I get it. There's definitely a learning curve here and I'm looking forward to when I get it all down. I guess that's why there's no "quick start" guide manual. Knowledge is power and it's worth knowing what you're doing before you venture out into traffic. One more thing; I wasn't out the door for 30 seconds and got a half dozen compliments and a whole bunch of looks. It was so cool! Now, if only I can figure out the keys thing. A genuine glitch in the matrix for sure. I'm STILL shaking my head. So weird...

Reliably goes 32-33 mph with a 220lb rider. Battery life is good for around 30 miles with no peddle assist, only throttle on the highest power mode. Stability is good. Only downfall is no key needed to start bike, so purchase a lock. 100+ miles on it already in less than two weeks

The bike looks great and is fast, but reliability was a major issue. After less than 25 miles, the battery started cutting in and out and eventually failed. You can even see from the photos that the battery was fully charged, yet the bike would randomly shut off while riding. The chain was fragile, and I had to watch YouTube videos to repair it myself because customer service was not very helpful. After the repair, the chain developed a squeaking noise that I couldn't fix. The bike is also very heavy, and returning it was difficult. I spent about an hour plus packaging it and then drove 30 minutes each way to the UPS Store. I also had to fight to get reimbursed for over $200 in shipping costs. I returned the bike within 30 days.

i messed with the mph js wanna bike that ca go fast with or without pedal assist this is the one be careful of bumps even tho the tires are fat it is not a dirt bike or the e version. so if you wanna go fast without getting it impounded for looking like a dirt bike 🙂👍🏽

OMG, I love this so much I almost broke it twice, so beware when your pluging the cords together that you don't bend the pins or the plastic pieces in it. It doesn't go 37 but hits "30" aka 32, which is what the speed thing by my school told me. I love having wheels now, and it is worth buying, especially after waiting since February, so i could save up. I also love how it came in 5 days early and 4 days after ordering.
