  • Excellent e-bike that checks all the boxes
One week into using the Nexaglide e-bike, and I am very happy with it. I was afraid the bike would turn out to be too small, but it's just the right size for an adult rider (I am 5'9"). The design and paintwork is absolutely the best in the market. I love the all-black look. Truly a beautiful looking vehicle. The sensitive throttle takes some getting used to, but once you do, you will enjoy the loads of power hiding in this bike. The display is bright and easy to read. It would be nice to have a larger display, but the current size should feel adequate to most riders. The battery life is great. If you go just a few miles each day, you will only need to charge it once in 10 days. That said, my philosophy is to have my bike fully charged each morning. Other great points about this bike: strong headlight, powerful braking system, front and back fenders, and great suspension for a comfortable ride. This is small point, but speaks to the quality of this bike: The kick-out stand is very sturdy and performs flawlessly. And like the rest of the bike, looks very elegant. I had the bike professionally assembled as I did not want to take any chances, but putting it together should be easy for the home mechanic types. But if you're like me, it's best to spend a little more for the peace of mind of knowing it's not going to come apart when you're going fast. The best part is riding it effortlessly around the beach town that I live in. I really should have gotten this sooner as it has completely changed how I get around town for small errands or head to the beach for a sunset view. ... show more

  • Quality / Speed / Durability
The bike assembly was really easy all I had to do was install the front tire and adjust the handle bars and stuff, screws, lights, bumpers, etc; but the main components are put together, I’ve test road this bike, it arrived the other day and it runs amazing and great. Fast takeoff speed, I’ve hit some bumps and it handles it well, it’s made of like solid metal or steel one or the other but it’s really hard so it’s durable, keep in mind though the package is extremely heavy, and so is this bike, it’s as if it’s a mini motorcycle almost but legal, the battery life is pretty good, I haven’t got to test out the battery much since it was almost dead since it has arrived. I bought the 3000w option (38mph) I haven’t tested it yet to its max capabilities but from what I’ve seen so far I’ve road around 27-33 normally, so most likely on your weight and on a full battery charge is where you are gonna get the most speed out of this bike. One concern I have though is if you are going pretty fast and stop abruptly the battery has (and will) slipped and fell out. So just make sure it’s mounted tight. Other then that I don’t really have any other comments I’m going to re-edit this review in a few months and let you guys know how it is holding up. ... show more

  • Complete hassle and waste of money
This bike is horrible and the company completely lies right on the product display. This bike does not do 33 mph it barely gets to 30. The display settings are set incorrectly so it will show the tires spinning at 37mph they set the wheel size to 23 inch’s it’s a complete lie when you go off reliable gps. This is not a single motor like advertised . It is instead a dual motor bike. The motors are not 1000 watt motors they are 750. The forks on the bike are crooked. The front brake does not even touch the caliper for it to stop. The replacement battery will only last a 1:50 or so long ride before completely dead. And th tires have now blown out twice I do not recommend buying this bike I wish I had have kept my old one now ... show more

  • Not single motor
i had gotten the 1500w bike first and wanted to see what the 3000w one was like (also needed new brakes on the 1500w, think the brakes these bikes have are normal bike brakes, so gotta be careful about wearing em out but cant complain about the 1500w one with its cost-product as its def worth it) But when i got this bike i was disappointed as it was dual and not single motor (picture shows single motor one like the 1500w). Additionally, the battery was only 18.9ah and when i asked the vendor about it they said the bike is a 18.9ah and didn't address the discrepancy, with this lisitng saying its 35ah... despite these two things i was excited to ride it but due to the front wheel motor its weight heavier which made it slower than the 1500w one. It was better at climbing hills than the 1500w and good at maintaing speeds once up to speed. but that's not worth it when the battery has the same capacity as the 1500w as it east through the power quciker. defenitely disappointed and if i ever get another bike from this brand, it would def be the 1500w and not this one. ... show more

  • Where do I even begin?
The throttle control is so sensitive and not at the same time. Sitting on the bike speaking with a coworker I was remarking how the chain was covered by some idiot with silver anti seize and jumps literally anytime I try to pedal out of 3rd gear when I moved my hand a little bit and the motors went full tilt! I caught it in time to stop it from smashing into my co worker but that was some scary BS. Next I'm riding it and the chain falls off, big shocker there thanks to the dope with the anti seize. Anyway I stop to put the chain on and when I went to pedal the chain onto the sprocket by hand slower than molasses the bike goes full tilt again and I'm having to catch a dual motor electric rocket with one arm since it's poised to head careening into traffic at this moment. Fantastic first day. The bike also has a cruise control feature which may or may not engage at random once it thinks it's hit a speed for a certain amount of time. Nope! That thing has a mind of its own and will just randomly hold the throttle on you. Imagine your riding at a comfortable pace and you push your foot down on the pedal a little bit and get a full throttle yank out of nowhere because you adjusted your foot a little bit. That's what NEXAGLIDE is offering YOU!!!! You will constantly be looking to see if the little icon made its debut on the screen before you hit the brakes, even though the brakes are technically supposed to disengage the motors when you use them. NO! Where's the excitement in that? They'll keep you on your toes with patented lack of functionality that gives this little motorcycle it's rogue-ish charm. (Please detect the sarcasm) It's the fact that it's a dual motor with a lot of power that makes these little issues so dangerous. DO NOT but this for a teenager, the acceleration is so fast the idea a teenager would have trained their reaction timing outside of fortnite to be able to safely operate this bike laughable at best. A hospital visit or a pine box at worst....chances I would let a teenager ride this are slim to none. Don't get your kid injured. I have the same style of e bike from kickwey it just didn't have the dual motors and I wanted it for torque and hill climbing but this bike will need a lot of work before I can trust the throttle controller on a mountain trail. I'd rather not put myself or others at risk bringing it out on the trails when it isn't exactly predictable on City streets. On the plus side the seats decently comfortable the battery lasts about 50 miles and the dual motor function is fun to get used to. There are other reviews mentioning the throttle pinning itself down and having no return spring. That's not the case with mine. The throttle return spring works fine it's the throttle controller itself not respecting my inputs and the delay in me having to think and react when I should have been able to engage and disengage the motor power output with my hand in split second reactions that leads this little tinkerer to believe their just not engineered well in my opinion. Also from what I can tell after getting into the bikes programming the person who's in charge of this at their factory isn't qualified to walk and chew gum at the same time let alone program these bikes judging by the lack of consistency of conforming to safety standards. Wait maybe they're more consistent than I'm giving credit for. Anyway fun bike dangerous components no teenagers chains covered in anti seize so it jumps off every time you try to pedal the bikes not programmed correctly and the sensors aren't installed correctly, are faulty or are screwing up because of bad programming. I'll update this when I figure out the programming and what was right and wrong there. ... show more

  • Great e-bike!
A great e-bike at a great price! Shipping was problem-free. The large package was sent via FedEx, and DPD delivered it with advance notice by phone. The e-bike is very cleverly packaged. It arrives disassembled and then needs to be assembled. Tools and screws are included. It's not difficult in itself; there are just a few steps. The included mini instruction manual is completely useless. Fortunately, seller sent video that explain in detail how to assemble the e-bike. They also explain how to adjust the disc brakes, for example, so they don't drag...! A bag of various screws, etc., remained after assembly. Presumably spare parts. The bike is very solid and of high quality. No scratches or poor welds are visible. The bike has front and rear disc brakes with brake lights! It is quite heavy, but this isn't really noticeable in use. The battery is already charged and ready to go, so you can get started right away. On the handlebars, on the left, are the on-board computer, a simple bell, and the front brake. On the right, the Shimano 7-speed gearshift (up shifter, down shifter), the booster button, and the rear brake. Although I've never owned an e-bike before, it's easy to ride and a lot of fun! The booster gives a little boost, for example, on inclines. I'm really impressed; I hope it lasts a long time! ... show more
