I have owned the bike for fifteen months now. It was a little tricky in the beginning with little issues needing resolving and putting it together was a little problemic but once I got the bugs worked out it has functioned perfectly except for one time riding in tall wet grass in which the motor wasn't supplied with energy or there was a leak in the control unit as this is right after the front fender. So I avoid rainy days but other than that it is a true land cruiser. I lived along the St Croix river and the hills coming off the water are long huge and steep. I climbed a third of a mile long hill twice daily for all of last summer in which this bike proved to be a mountain goat. It has a larger motor than most of the bikes around here and despite the large fat tires it cruises at speed comfortably and is faster than most of the bikes in Minneapolis. Okay that being said it is a large bike and it is heavy. There is no way I would leave it out locked on a corner overnight. All the components are just attached to the frame and easily removed so be sure to keep that in mind if you live in a high crime rate area. People around here do not steal the whole bike anymore they just snag components to sell later on. This is not a very secure bike. Other than that five out of five in satisfaction and price paid. If you have a couple hundred more dollars get the all wheel drive version it is just awesome they say.

I bought this for a younger relative whose car broke down unexpectedly and they needed reliable and affordable transportation to get back and forth to work. It’s a little challenging to assemble, but we were surprised at the nice quality, sturdiness, and power! My relative is a heavier young man, but the bike gets him up steep hills without bogging down. Getting a couple more for my husband and I this Fall or Spring—Really impressed with the quality for the price.

The media could not be loaded. No manual and no clue so it took a couple days to get it together and find power button. Once I got it together and charged it all night it took me awhile to get used to the speed. It has pep and that was just 1st and 2nd. The next day I got 20+ miles on a charge and went up to 28 mph downhill and 18 uphill. The 3rd day 38 miles on it with 4 hours of charge after 22 miles. The phone holder was broke but I keep it on there because it has a built in charger. The rear rack holds plenty and I pull my kid and dog in a trailer weighing about 50 lbs no problem. Haven't went very far just 5 miles with them in 1st gear but didn't use any bars. So far no reply from company on broke part is why I am giving 4 stars. No customer service so glad I got 2 year warranty so hopefully if nothing else they might help. Stay safe and God speed!

The bike seemed to perform ok but do yourself a favor and get a better quality bike. I am not a avid rider but for as little as I've used this bike the battery shouldn't have gone out already. It's been just over a year. The bike starts ok, then you get about 20 feet and everything dies.

good motor and battery so far. assembly was not helped much by the instruction manual provided. front disc rubs slightly. otherwise seems to be a quality bike. the display is really good. pedal assist is good. loving the cruise control. rear light works as a brake light, which is nice. edit: I've reached out to customer service through email and they are very responsive.

HOWEVER—regarding assembly, the video provided here is very helpful. If you want to change anything with the display it sound like you have to reach out to the company for instructions. Saves paper, I guess. Bike rides smooth and looks sharp. Recommend!!
