I received it a few days earlier than expected, it was well packaged and had no damage to it. It was relatively easy to assemble. The bike is extremely sturdy and well made. After the second day the lcd display wasn't showing the speed correctly and was just out of wack. I received a quick response from the seller and they are sending me a new controller. It would have received 5stars except for this issue. Update: Seller contacted me and are sending a new controller. ... show more

    • They need someone you can talk to!
We bought 2 at the same time and we’re returning one because the brake caliper is twisted and we can’t only use the front brake. The bad thing is that this company doesn’t have an anyone to talk to about it! We finally got ahold of a woman in Canada that has been very helpful and they are paying to return it. It’s very dangerous to only have a front brake when going on hills. Otherwise the basket was great! The second review for the other bike will be excellent! ... show more

Had it for 4 days and back interlude tire was defective and blew out. Brought it to local bike shop to the tune of $150! Now, mind you I bought 2 of these, so now will end up having to do the same with the second bike I guess. Guess maybe I should have just gone w/ the more expensive Ebike since in the end I'm still looking at an extra $300 to get them back on the road for my Grandsons.😞 ... show more
