The assembly instruction is very easy to follow and I would suggest to have 2 person to assemble it together, the bike is stylish and one charge could support almost the whole day ride for several hours, overall it is a great bike for our family, would highly recommend.

The bike is great..easy to assemble and my granddaughter loves it.This is her second ebike and she says it is so much better than her other one..she said she used to be the slowest always being left behind and the battery on her old one didn't last long now she leaves all her friends behind and has to wait for them and she also loves having the dual batteries lasts way longer...the only one issue we have with it is the kickstand is a bit to short when its on the stand it tends to fall over very easily..other than that the bike is five star all the way....would recomend buying this bike.. ... show more

    • Get ready to do some work on this bike to make it a good bike.
Good bike for the money. So far so good. The truth: rear shock squeaks like crazy Batteries may get you 45 miles 50 if your just doing 15 with pedals Spokes are not tight, they are snug but need more tightening. Head set is not tight, has some play in the bearings. Im not sure what I need to do to tighten this. This bike does not take rough terrain very well at all. Seat is made nice but its hard and stiff. My bike had a scratch on the display, I told Happy run and the did send me a new one at no charge, so thats a plus. This bike is a mid to entry level bike. It does 32 mph with my 200 lb on it.     • Absolutely terrible $1,900 experience. DO NOT ORDER!!!!
Terrible product for the money. Came with a battery charger defect, the kick stand bolt rubbed on the tire. When asked for help from company, they told us to find someone else to fix it and come to find out, no one works on these. We couldn't insure it in Nevada because of the serial number for some reason. The return process was heel. Happy run said because we purchased through Amazon it was their problem. Then Amazon told us it was happy runs problem. They sent us the wrong return label. Took 2 hours and running around to find out how to return it. Spent $400 through ups to return it, then Amazon didn't want to refund that. Terrible experience all around. Please whatever you do, do not order through this company or an e-bike through Amazon, no one will fix their product i promise you that. ... show more

I have been using this electric bike almost every day, and it is amazing! The 2000W motor is powerful, the detachable battery lasts a long time, and I can easily ride over 80 miles on one charge. It’s fast, smooth, and handles all terrains with no problem. The fat tires give great stability, and the design feels sturdy and stylish.     • Really enjoying this bike!
Been riding it for a few days now and it’s been great. The motor makes hills easy, and the battery lasts longer than I expected. It does feel a bit heavy to move around, but once riding it’s super smooth and fun.
