  • AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF FLOW SENSOR & PATENTED BARREL CLAMP Sensor stops the def pump and fuel transfer automatically when full zero spills. Barrel clamp locks onto any drum or can for hands-free operation. LED indicator shows when the pump is running. Drip-free nozzle cap seals before storage. Ideal for DEF transfer pump applications, diesel barrel pump use, and antifreeze drum filling.
  • HONEST ~3.8 GPM REAL-WORLD TESTED, NOT LAB-RATED Most 55 gallon drum pumps electric list motor-rated flow. We tested this barrel fuel pump under real conditions and got ~3.8 GPM that's what you'll get. Consistent flow whether the drum is full or nearly empty. Works as a pump for 55 gallon drum, 55 gallon barrel pump, or any standard drum pumps application.
  • 3-IN-1 POWER AC WALL, 12V CAR PLUG, BATTERY CLIPS AC/DC adapter (100240V), 12V cigarette lighter plug, and alligator battery clips all included. Use as a def fluid pump at the shop, antifreeze transfer pump in the field, or 12v barrel pump off-grid. This portable drum pump runs on AC, DC, or any 12V battery no extra accessories needed.
  • 9.8FT DISCHARGE + 37.4" FLEXIBLE INTAKE LONGEST HOSE IN CLASS 9.8 ft (3m) corrugated PE discharge hose reaches farther than most competing 55gal drum pump models. 37.4" (95cm) flexible intake reaches the bottom of any standard drum. Both hoses rated for diesel, DEF, kerosene, antifreeze a true chemical transfer pump and non-corrosive liquid pump solution. No kinks, rolls flat for compact storage.
  • 5 ADAPTERS INCLUDED SOLID ALUMINUM NPS + 4 UNIVERSAL BUNG SIZES Solid aluminum NPS barrel pump adapter fits any standard 55-gallon drum bung won't crack like plastic. Four universal bung adapters (1.75", 2.1", 2.75", 3.75") turn this into a jerry can pump, racing jug pump, or fuel can transfer pump. One pump, every container on your property. NOT for gasoline or potable water.

Description

The Seitseman FN802CA-DC is built for one thing: moving fuel from drum to tank without spills, without surprises, and without needing two people. Auto shut- off stops the pump the moment your container is full. The barrel clamp holds the nozzle in place hands-free. Three power sources are included in the box — wall, vehicle, or off-grid. The 9.8ft discharge hose is nearly 4ft longer than most competitors. And unlike every other pump in this category, we tell you the real flow rate (~3.8 GPM tested) instead of the inflated motor-rated number. Five adapters cover every container you own: 55-gallon drums, jerry cans, racing jugs, and standard fuel cans. Compatible with: Diesel, DEF/AdBlue, Kerosene, Antifreeze, non-potable water, light oils. NOT for gasoline, potable water, or corrosive chemicals.

  • Easy low cost solution for diesel fuel transfer (and more)
A useful pump for anyone dealing with diesel, DEF, kerosene, antifreeze, or other fluids in 55-gallon drums. The 3-in-1 power setup and included adapters make it seem more flexible than a lot of simpler transfer pumps, and the auto shut-off nozzle is a good addition for cleaner, easier filling. Overall, it looks like a practical tool for shop, farm, or garage use. My biggest concern is that I am not sure how sturdy the whole setup is, I cannot say that mine has failed, but it does feel sort of flimsy in comparison to more expensive pumps. I do love the fact that with the included fittings you can use this with many different sizes of containers, and being 12v DC is always nice. ... show more

  • Nice
It is a pump for use on a 55 gallon drum. It's designed for liquid only. It has a good flow rate and has many components to provide variations for powering the pump and different attachments for the drum. A nice feature is the automotive shut off on the handle. Basically, put the drain hose into the drum, attach the pump to the drum and fill what ever container you want. Easy and convenient. You can power it using any AC outlet or a car battery or plug. It is easy to fill a tractor lasting or a gas can. Overall a nice tool but not sure if it is worth the money. ... show more

  • Thin plastic Thin plastic
This pump works ok and definitely makes transferring diesel easier. We have several pieces of diesel equipment on our property and keep a dedicated diesel fuel can, so having a powered transfer pump is much more convenient than lifting and pouring heavy containers. The automatic shut-off feature works as advertised, and the included adapters, long hoses, and multiple power options make it versatile for different setups. Fuel transfer is quick, and the hands-free barrel clamp is a useful feature. My biggest complaint is the price. At around $150, I expected a more premium feel. While the pump functions well, the handle and nozzle assembly feel like thin, cheap plastic and doesn't inspire the confidence you'd expect at this price point. Overall, it does the job, but I think it's somewhat overpriced for the materials used. As it stands, you're paying a premium for the convenience. ... show more

  • PHANTOM SAFETY MARKS & PROGRESSIVE ROTOR SEIZURES UNMASKED. PHANTOM SAFETY MARKS & PROGRESSIVE ROTOR SEIZURES UNMASKED.
Shattered Reality! Review: SEITSEMAN Drum Pump The Claim: The manufacturer positions this fluid transfer system as a premium workshop asset, advertising full compliance with FCC, ETL, CSA, CE, and RoHS certifications. The listings assert that the system seamlessly delivers an "Honest ~3.8 GPM real-world tested" flow rate and includes a reliable auto-shutoff nozzle to maintain an automated workspace for $150. The Reality: Unverifiable Safety Directory Claims: The packaged AC wall adapter displays an Intertek ETL safety mark with control number 5020230. A direct query of the official, public Intertek Listed Mark Directory yields zero records for SEITSEMAN, the importer KAISEN SUPPLY LLC, or model FN802CA-DC. Failed Flow Rate Benchmarks: Controlled volumetric testing using low-viscosity fluid (water) with a 4-inch positive siphon gravity assist yielded an average flow rate of only ~3.09 GPM (3 gallons transferred in an average of 58 seconds). This falls short of the advertised 3.8 GPM claim. If you were to use the 6V onboard AA battery power the flow rate will likely drop down to roughly 1.5 to 2.0 GPM, Severe Electrical Overload Profile: The plastic pump chassis is permanently stamped 12V 1.0 Amp, and the packaged wall brick is labeled for 2.0 Amps. However, real-world testing using 12V vehicle battery and supplied battery connectors with a clamp-on DC amp meter revealed an immediate, continuous baseline draw fluctuating between 2.2 and 3.0 Amps—operating at a 200% to 300% overload of the motor's stamped threshold. Progressive Mechanical Seizure: During consecutive testing, the pump exhibited severe operational degradation. As the receiving vessel reached 1/2 to 3/4 capacity—increasing back-pressure on the system—the current violently spiked. In one instance, the motor drew a sustained 6.0 Amps until power was cut, while another run showed current cycling erratically between 2.0A and 4.2A. Thermal Expansion Failure: Because the automatic shut-off sensor was purposely isolated above the fluid line to eliminate back-pressure variables, these sustained 6.0A surges indicate severe internal mechanical binding. Intense localized heat causes the low-grade internal components or plastic impeller to warp and physically drag against the housing, inducing a near-stalled state. Critical Power Supply Meltdown Risk: The sustained 6.0-Amp draw represents exactly triple (300%) the maximum rated capacity of the uncertified 2.0A wall adapter included in the box. Lacking certified laboratory safeguards, this operational profile creates an immediate concern for fire and component-meltdown liability on your shop wall. Ergonomic and Operational Deficiencies: The system lacks an integrated on/off valve control at the nozzle. The nozzle must be manually clamped to the receiving vessel, creating an awkward operational sequence where the user must physically stabilize the hardware while simultaneously engaging the main chassis power switch. Elevated Flashpoint Risks: The manual explicitly authorizes the device for use with kerosene and light oils. Operating an unlisted motor that exhibits unmitigated, sustained 6.0-Amp current surges near combustible fluids presents an unacceptable workshop liability. The Bottom Line: BYPASS: At a $150 retail price point, this product represents an extreme price-to-specification mismatch. Unsuspecting consumers are paying a premium commercial rate for hardware that fails its advertised flow metrics, lacks verifiable laboratory safety listings, and experiences severe internal mechanical binding that causes current spikes to drastically exceed the safety limits of the included power supply. Bypass this hazard entirely. ... show more

  • Does the job.
I will only use this pump on occasion for transferring diesel fuel but so far I have not had any issues or problems whatsoever. I like that I can connect to a 12 volt source and do what I need to do and be on my way. I'm not sure how it would hold up in extreme weather such as deep freezes or more typical weather of scorching sun that we have here in mid GA, but where I have it placed is under a lean to so I'm not too worried about the sun. As far as the stated gpm I cannot attest to but it transfers my diesel at a quick enough rate for my use. The overall build quality does appear a little cheap as far as appearance and feel but it has been working fine over the past couple weeks that I have had it. ... show more
