Great value and good performance! This 10,000 BTU unit cools my room quickly, even on warmer days. Installing this was pretty straightforward, and I love the multiple fan speeds and remote control. Very happy with this Electactic Window Air Conditioner 10000 BTU! It cools the room quickly and works great for medium-sized spaces. The installation was easy, and the unit runs quieter than expected. I like the different fan speeds and the washable filter makes maintenance simple.

This is a great window unit! Along with being easy to install, it's efficient and very effective and can cool a room quickly and is very conservative on its electricity consumption. It cost a little more than other comparable sized units but is worth the extra 30 or so dollars to get its efficiency and it's relative quietness.

It does ok cooling smaller areas but it's not quite as good as I hoped. It does have alot of auto and eco setting which are nice. The remote control is also nice. Overall I would buy again just maybe a bigger unit with more btu.

This unit puts in work! It can get noisy but that is completely overlooked by how inexpensive and quickly it can turn your hot bedroom into a frozen paradise. I got it installed in no time, as a novice installer it was really easy to do. And have been loving that Georgia heat being neutralized

Very disappointed! The init was packed well but came with NO HARDWARE! And the remote has the smallest Phillips head screw it stripped and i had to drill it open! I am glad i am a little handy. I took screws out of my old ac and thank god it worked. Just a warning to whoever buys this

AC was simple to install and works very well. MY ONLY PROBLEM IS THE REMOTE. Instruction book gives no info on how to open the battery compartment. Has an odd little screw that nothing fits. Tried contacting customer support, sent me to Amazon. Spoke to Amazon, emailed me a like to contact manufacturer. That email solicited a reply for An Amazon "return specialist" wanting more info about return. I explained I was trying to make a return, just simply want to know how to open the damned thing. Nothing but Runaround. If anyone knows how to open battery compartment, please advise. THIS IS COMPLETELY INSANE. IF YOU GET AGRIVATED EASILY, STEER CLEAR.
