UPDATE: The company did reach out and offer to send a replacement scooter which I really appreciate. However, after only two uses of the replacement scooter, it also stopped working in the same exact way (says that it’s fully charged yet doesn’t work anymore). ORIGINAL REVIEW: I purchased these scooters for my kids in December of 2023 (so not even a year ago) and we have already had four of these scooters completely stop working. Every single one of them does the exact same thing, it will seem like the battery is dying because the scooter barely works. But then when you try to charge it, it says that it’s fully charged (yet it never works again). I kid you not, every few weeks one of these has stopped working on us. The first one to go out stopped working before it was ever even used! & the second one stopped working after one use so it’s DEFINITELY due to a defect in these scooters. Of course we had just missed the return window when this happened with the last 3 scooters and I was able to exchange the first one that messed up, but even the replacement scooter did the exact same thing. So every bit of money I had saved up for these scooters is down the drain and my kids don’t have one single scooter to use (when we started with FOUR).

My kids love this scooter! It has an accelerator button on the handle for easy speed control and a rear brake that you press with your foot. The LEDs light up when the scooter is in motion, adding a fun touch. The battery lasts around an hour with continuous use, which is great, and it charges quickly too. Overall, a fantastic buy—highly recommended!

Nonfunctional product was delivered without an instruction manual and the charger. I contacted the customer service. A brand new replacement box was sent. My son has been enjoying his scooter since with no issues. Everything seems to work well.

I had trouble charging the scooter. I contacted the Elecorange Customer Experience Team. They sent me the parts and helped me install them. But the problem remained. Then the guys from the company sent me a brand new scooter. BRAND NEW SCOOTER. That's Awesome!!!! These guys are just cool. Thank you guys.

I purchased this scooter and gave it to my son on Christmas 2023. By February 26th of 2024 a mere 2 months later it was no longer working. I reached out to the company who had me do some trouble shooting, it didn't work so they sent me another scooter. I received the scooter around March 6th and by April 13th the exact same thing happened and the scooter was no longer working. This time the company sent me a replacement circuit board that they told me to install !?! What !?! I am an accountant I am not a mechanic or an electrician, I do not have the time, skill, knowledge or patience to open up a scooter and replace a circuit board. More importantly though, your product lasts a month or two? That's it? What a complete waste of my time, my money and a major disappointment for my son. When I suggested that this solution was not enough the company said that it was. So I guess I will replace the circuit board and hope to get another month or two out of this scooter. Ridiculous!

Quite a colorful scooter! We had some trouble at first, but the wonderful customer service people took care of our situation. They are top-notch! We have a blue scooter that is operating as advertised. My granddaughter really likes it. Easy to operate and the three wheeled system seem safer. Easy to balance and ride without much instruction. Years ago, we bought 2 RAZOR scooters from a big box store. They were very heavy duty and over $400 apiece. They lasted about six months before breaking down. There was no customer service and no one in town who could fix them they became junk. Electorange has my loyalty
