Measure one half of the top of your arm and order what it lists for your measurement. I ordered the medium and it is perfect. I waited a while for these to come in, but it was worth it. I am 5 ft 5 inches and between 190-200lbs and I ordered medium. The brace is easy to put on and take off, and offers firm support all day! Helps a lot, but isn't the most comfortable

I work in IT. I get computer/tennis elbow that causes a lot of pain. I've had PT on it, which has helped, but I needed relief in between appointments. This sleeve definitely gets the job done; HOWEVER, it's not the most comfortable thing I've ever worn. I wear it for 8 hours in the office and I have 0 pain, but I find the sleeve itching me at random times throughout the day. For me personally, a little itch is absolutely worth it, but for people with more sensitive skin, I could see this being a bigger issue. Maybe the itch is because the sleeve is too tight? Regardless, it's well made - hasn't stretched at all and really works. It also helps when I lift, so it's nice that it comes in a two pack - one for work and one for the gym. Minus one star just for the bit of discomfort.

The velcro that tightens the strap is too abrasive against the material. So as you put it on and take it off, it damages the surfaces a bit. I didnt like it esthetically. But it did the job. It did fit and I didnt have sweating issue. Did like that it was not too thick that restricted movement.

I’ll start by saying that I’m 5’8”, weight at 165lbs and the medium fit me perfectly. Almost instant relief the moment I put it on. I ordered two different brands of elbow compression sleeves and chose to keep this one based on sizing and overall fit. Not to mention this one was way cheaper and came with two in a package compared to the “name” brand that only came with one and was more than double the price. When compared with the name brand this definitely holds its own. The materials of the two were identical in thickness and quality. This one not being quite as soft on the skin, but not a deal breaker. Especially since this brand also has an added a good quality Velcro strap that helps give a little extra tightness just below the elbow. Plus you get two for the price of one! So if you’re looking for a good compression sleeve for your elbow, don’t hesitate on giving this product a try.
