I found this much more comfortable to wear on days my regular low back brace isn't necessary. It's reasonably supportive, not too hard to put on, and it's more breathable than a brace. I'm glad they included the other piece of Velcro that covers the hook side to keep it from sticking in the washer. I might just get it stitched to the area where I fasten the Velcro regularly because eventually there won't be many loops left for the hooks. It's becoming fuzzy enough in the fastening area that it shows up on the picture, but it currently still stays fastened even on a more active busier day. Also, I ordered a large because I wear size 38 in men's jeans, but medium would've fit.

This abdominal waste and back support belt is extra wide making it easy to hide underneath a shirt. I sometimes need to wear a brace for minor lower back pain but all the ones I have show to easily through a t-shirt. This is so wide and smooth it is un-noticable. Not that I ever need to hide my belly bulge, lol, well sometimes I do so this is a great add on. It has medium support and is extra easy to put on, and it's more breathable than a brace. I love that they included a loosed piece of Velcro that covers the connection side to keep it from being hard to unravel. This rolls up nicely not taking up shelf space. I ordered a large as I wear size 34 in men's jeans, and it has lots of wrap around room. I was expecting it to go over the buttocks area, which it can do with the extra space, but so far I have not needed to use it that way and the near double wrapping makes it hold extra well.

I initially didn't think it fit, but maybe I had it the wrong way. Then when I tried it again it worked. You just have to take the strip off of the velcro. But when I put it on I couldn't get it off-lol. But I did. So it works and keeps everything tucked in. Haven't worn it long enough to see if it helps with body fat. Also it is big so a medium might fit a large but this fits too.

The COZYHEALTH Elastic Abdominal Binder Lower Waist Support Belt fits well and has room to stretch in case you buy a smaller size. I, unfortunately requested the large when I should have requested the medium, but to my happy surprise, the Binder still worked well. The elasticity is strong, the material is made well, the fit is comfortable, but the Velcro that holds it tight, lacks heavy duty quality. This product should last reasonably long with care and normal usage.

What makes it better? The velcro hook strip does not adhere to regular elastic. It is made with a more loopy material on the outside, that allows for better adhesion by the hooks It also comes with a strip of loop, on the velcro hook strip, so that it's easier to wash. Someone also recognized that the edges of the velcro hook often curl, and cut the velcro hook strip with 45° angles at the ends. Nothing on this is warped yet, so I'm not sure if that has been fully effective, but I definitely like the effort and possibility that it won't snag my clothes. This is not the most Rigid of elastic binders, but it's also not the softest.
