Dishes came very well packed, not a single chip or crack. I shopped a long time for these, trying to find the right combination of pattern, place settings, size, and price. Finally found these and have been delighted ever since they came. My old dishes were mismatched odds and ends, mostly plastic bowls for soup or cereal because all the others had broken etc. These are GREAT. Wide shallow bowls are perfect for salads and pasta. Unique design that is classy looking without being pretentious or awkward to use due to too much heft or raised sides. Dishware is sloped at the angle you'd want to prevent spillage without going overboard with it. Bowls are all good size especially for salads and pasta. Time will tell on the scratch resistance but there is an additional free warranty available and these were priced great. Worth it to me if they last several years at least. There is a laminated card on top of the dishes that has an email and phone number to use if any dishware arrives broken which I thought was good customer service in the event this is needed. ... show more

Beautiful design on the cream option and very happy with purchase so far. They are not heavy weighted and fit in the dishwasher pretty well. I was very pleased with the packaging as well as their customer service when I found some of my plates had some scratches and they replaced them immediately. This Elama Gia 24 piece round stoneware dinner set is beautiful! And the price is definitely right!!!! The set I purchased is the cream color set. I am so happy with this purchase! I opened the box and inspected every piece. It all arrived intact. It's a great quality product made with great quality materials! It all stacks very nicely. It's microwave and dishwasher safe. I highly recommend the Elama brand! I want to be sure to mention that the packaging was great as well! They also sent a little insert/card stating if any pieces do arrive broken to contact them so they can make it right. Reaching out to the customer like that, through the purchase to ensure the customer can automatically have peace of mind knowing that if something did arrive damaged it would be handled, is A+ customer service in my book!
