The ELAMA COMPANY’s. -dishes are beautiful a little on fragile side!I ordered three sets! The issue i had was they advertise all over the site as well as send cards inn each box on how easy it is to ask and receive replacements for missing and broken plates bowls cups! They make huge point of it EVERYWHERE.?The shop is Elama who make this design: “ Malabu- turqoise- Wave dinner ware” ! !!So when i requested replacements and backed request with pictures ALL I RECEIVED WAS NO HELP AFTER 10 back n forth messages! The person was like a robot with recorded responses ending with” sorry we are not able to help you”!!! Was a bit strange as this was one of their primary tools to get you to buy! So i boxed all three up and returned!!! Dishes I give grade B- due to breakage but pretty! Grade F- Minus for CUSTOMER SERVICE!! What a nightmare!!Elama may make pretty dishes but they need remove from all their packages and Amazon all adds about dishonest remarks concerning how they will “ replace any broken dinnerware with a simple request”!!! NOT TRUE AT ALL! I was going order a bunch of sets for friends and family (!9) but canceled!! AVOID THIS SHOP!! Elama inc horrible nightmare experience!!!!! ... show more
