Just assembled the chair. I'll update if there are any problems. So far I can't say enough about the packing, labeling and instructions. The chair itself is amazingly comfortable. This feels like the premium chairs we pay $600 - $800 for at work. I was very surprised. I buy a new **** chair for my wife every year. Doesn't seem to matter how much I spend, the things just dont last. She came to me with this one and I bought it thinking it would be another waste of money, but if it makes her happy I'm happy to oblige. It looks like she picked a winner (no surprise as I've been the one picking up until now). The packing is phenomenal. I don't see anything happening to this chair in transit unless it gets crushed. Keep the box for all the wrapping material, you'll need it. Labeling and instructions are excellent. Anyone who can turn the supplied wrench and read English can put this together. The instructions are well written, and the pictures are detailed and easy to understand. The instruction manual (yes I'd call it a manual) is printed on premium paper and everything. The screws, tool and pieces are all well labeled and they don't just send you some little Allen wrench that will hurt your fingers, this is an Allen wrench with an ergonomic handle on it. All together I'd say this is a premium product at a great price. The chair is steady, comfortable, easy to assemble and darn near infinitly adjustable. If you're on the fence, get it. Everything about this chair feels first class. It arrived in a compact box and was extremely well packaged, with every piece wrapped securely. The screws were clearly labeled (with both letters and names), and they even included spare hardware. Assembly was straightforward thanks to the well-written, full-color instruction manual. The footrest can be installed in three different positions, which is great for different heights. The mesh seat and back are very comfortable, and the chair offers tons of adjustments: seat height, lumbar support, headrest, and highly adjustable armrests (up/down, in/out, swivel, and flip back completely). I wasn’t sure I needed a footrest, but I’m so glad I got it—combined with the lockable recline positions, it’s perfect for working, reading, or even relaxing. Bonus: the company will send either a padded seat cover or rollerblade-style wheels for carpet or hardwood. I got the wheels. Tip for negative reviewers: follow the instructions carefully, choose the correct height setting during assembly, and adjust the tension knob under the seat. I love this chair. Everything was packed securely, and there was no shipping damage at all. All parts were clearly labeled, making the setup process straightforward. Speaking of setup, the instructions were impressive. Instead of a few black-and-white sheets, the chair came with a detailed 32-page manual featuring close-up photos that clearly demonstrated each step of the assembly process. Once assembled, the functionality exceeded my expectations. From the lift-up armrests, to the three-position reclining backrest, to the pull-out footrest, every feature feels thoughtfully designed and well-executed. The mesh is made from a high-tensile fiber, which adds both strength and durability while remaining comfortable during extended use. Finally, the company’s customer service is truly outstanding. I was apprehensive to purchase this chair, as I was unfamiliar with the brand. It looked like it had everything I wanted though and I decided to give it a shot. I received the chair and while assembling it was amazed by the quality of the chair. This didn't look or feel cheap at all. This feels like its built to last a long time. The setup was easy, and there are tons of adjustments to make so it fits exactly right. I registered for the warranty and got a message asking what additional free item I would like and I chose a seat cushion, though I feel like it isn't needed. I received it and put it on the chair and it made it even better. The customer support feels like it is a small business that cares about the experience of every single one of their customers. I am impressed with the comfort, build quality, adjustment, and look of the chair. I am equally impressed with the customer service. There is really nothing to lose here.
