I can't believe the price to performance on these. My wife and I regularly ride across Utah. We've needed a way to communicate with each other in case we fell, but have had issues stomaching the price of the "leading brands" in the space. Since Amazon has a strong return policy, we felt confident in purchasing these for a weekend trip, and were prepared to return them if they didn't meet expectations. For the price, these blew us out of the water. We've taken them on about 10 rides now, and can't image how the Cardo's of the world are still in business. These have exceeded all of our expectations as a communication system. To summarize, they: 1. Connect easily to each other, just hold 1 button. 2. Installation was a breeze, just 3 stickers 3. Easy to charge, and holds a long battery (would be nice though if it had an auto-off) 4. Plenty of distance (<0.5 miles) as long as there is line of site 5. Volume is adjustable and meets all expectations 6. Auto-heals really well. My wife and I decided to break off on a trail (My clutch broke off, so needed to go back to camp for a repair), and even after 10-20 minutes the speaker auto-healed and we were able to still talk on my way back. AMAZING!! Cons are: 1. Line of site. We can typically survive a hill or two, but the system does have a somewhat difficult time with line of site... that said, the crackling is strong which is a clear indicator to "slow down" for you partner. Back to the pro's, it auto heals really well. Overall, they are a terrific value for the money. Even if these broke tomorrow, I would buy them again because they have performed so well this season. $40 per person is a steal. ... show more

Got these to use while on the dunes. I am new to riding and it’s a perfect way for my boyfriend to communicate with me. We were using them while he was behind me and actually had me stop because my lug nuts were coming off. So these kind of saved my life in a way. Use them every time we’re out. Easy to install inside the helmet. They stay pretty secure on the outside but thankfully they are connected by an aux port to the headphones because I have found it dangling off my helmet so if hit can be knocked off. But I’m able to clip it back on pretty easily. The range on them is pretty good on flat land. Once we get into hills and twists and turns that range is very limited. But when we would lose connection as soon as we were close enough it would pick back up again without having to push buttons to reconnect. Love them and recommend them! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I was really disappointed despite all the reviews. The sound quality is mediocre and definitely not value for your money. The quality of the headset itself seems pretty good. It seems like it’s waterproof so that’s a plus the range still has to be tested but for a backseat passenger, there was issues for example There was an echo and it takes 15 to 30 seconds to switch from listening to music to talking to the rider in your vaccine. And I know that wasn’t a range issue for it to connect. Overall functionality is a bit complex. I was disappointed that I wasn’t able to play music and talk or listen to my backseat rider you have to switch back-and-forth rather than it automatically picking up a voice and then switching back-and-forth. The design seems very good. It certainly looks like it’s waterproof. I am concerned that the manual that came with it said 300 to 800 m when the description of this headset said 1200 m so either they sent me the wrong product or they’re lying on the description. I bought the pro version so I am disappointed.. ... show more
