These are 100% cotton, with the button on the back of the collar, as well as the loop at the shoulder cross back. Signature of this particular style shirt. Excellent quality shirt. The only thing I would say needs improvement, is the way it was delivered was stuffed into a small bag and arrived seriously wrinkled. Nothing laundering and pressing won’t take care of but for a fairly expensive shirt, you would think the vendor could insure out of the box not looking like it was pulled from a public clothing bin..
