Not only am I out of $250 (after tax), but I cannot fulfill the order I have and will lose business. Amazon will not do anything to correct this. Outstanding customer care.

    • Very upset how junk this is
First one didn't work sent back and they sent another. The timer does not work right u set it for 350 it goes to 250 and when it says it's heated the time does not count down I have to use timer on my phone .it keeps shutting off and I have to turn back on.. very disappointed for the money that was spent on this heat press.. and if I send back all I'm going to get is more junk ... show more

    • Brand new machine but wouldn't heat up past 280 degrees.
Brand new heat press, straight out of box. Would not heat up past 280 degrees. Had to box it back up & returned unit for full credit. PLEASE don't waste your money on this machine! A big hassle & a waste of money & effort!!
