I bought one of these several years ago, and then bought another because I like the first one so much. They both arrived in very close to like-new condition, with newly installed 2 TB hard drives. They are very nice machines that can do lots of things like run Office 365 or an open source equivalent, but you need to understand that these are refurbished business computers, and therefore have some limitations--or maybe I should just say that they are a bit different than a home PC, but can be easily set up for a nice homework machine. It is NOT a state-of-the-art gaming platform, and doesn't pretend to be one! 1. As a former business machine, it was meant to connect to an Ethernet LAN, so there is no Wi-Fi inside. You can easily fix that by adding a very inexpensive Wi-Fi USB dongle-type adapter for just a few dollars. In my case, I really wanted Ethernet only, so I'm very happy with what I got, and maybe saved a few dollars by not paying for something I didn't need. 2. Again, as a business computer, you get two display port connectors. The nice part about this is that you can have two monitors running in Windows. Good for a business environment, but you may not need both. If you just want to hook up an older monitor you already have at home, you can buy either a display port-to HDMI cable here on Amazon, or just a simple DP-to-HDMI adapter for under $10. If you have a decent monitor at home already, it may have a built-in Display Port connector. Display Port and HDMI connectors are easily confused at a glance, so it wouldn't hurt to check. 3. The computer comes with Windows 10 Pro--ideal for most of us. The Pro version has a few more networking and remote-control features that I really wanted, but maybe you don't. I see it as a bonus, for the price, and most people may not know or care whether it's the Home or Pro version. The two machines I bought, like many of them that are a bit older, can not be upgraded to Windows 11. Some might say that's a blessing (!), but it also means that they will be good for only a few more years until Microsoft forces all of us off of Windows 10. That's a Microsoft issue, not the fault of this particular computer model. I have two other computers besides these two that I bought or built, and they can't be upgraded either. BUT LOOK AT THE PRICE YOU ARE PAYING HERE FOR SUCH A DECENT COMPUTER! It's a great deal, and will be a solid performer for several more years...then maybe you can come back and buy something equally cheap a bit later--or for some of us, these computers can be turned into a very nice Linux desktop system. Remember that there are still lots of people out there using Windows 7 PCs to this day, so you'll be ahead of them, so to speak. So there you go--caveat emptor. Read the description, understand why it is available for such a low price, and buy accordingly. You're not buying junk. These are very decent, but used, and refurbished. It's amazing that the seller of this item can stay in business while offering such a nice computer for such a price. The monitor that came with mine measures about 24 inches (diagonally) and has 1920x1200p@60. The computer has a metal case. All of the necessary cables were included. The included keyboard was cheap junk though, and the wifi was this little USB stub that was taped to the side of the computer. The mouse that was included was cheap junk too. I bought a separate keyboard and a UPS to keep everything running when the lights blink. I already had an external hard drive. I haven't tried to contact tech support and I don't use sleep mode so I have not rated either of those. This computer is a big upgrade from what I had been using before. I would strongly encourage others to take advantage of such an offer. It was less than US$230 for all of this, not counting the extra stuff I added afterwards. The computer arrived and if I didn't know it was refurbished I would have thought it was brand new. No scratches, dents or other blemishes. It came with a WiFi tab in one of the USB ports which was a nice touch to assist with set up. I installed my own as it was much faster. Set up was easy and the computer runs great. I will be adding a few things to make it Windows 11 compatible. For the price you cant beat it. Nice machine! ... show more

For $122 shipped, I got a Dell desktop, mouse, keyboard, and USB WiFi adapter. Such a great value. Hard to believe. I wanted to have a dedicated machine to install Kali Linux operating system, so I didn't even need Windows 10 Pro. So straight out the box the product is filthy on the out side and inside, which I don't mind, I'm a man of performance so I can look past the aesthetics. The sad part is that I'm leaving the US tomorrow so it's not like I can return it. So I decided to check out the PC specs just to see if I'm getting what they said I should be getting (I did not "mostly"). - The CPU advertised is not what I got they offered a" i5-3470" but I got an "i5-3470s" which doesn't perform as well as the one advertised, If I wasn't paying attention then, I wouldn't have noticed. - I started up the PC and the there's a sound the keeps on coming from it like some things rubbing against something else, I thought it was the fan but it's not the fans at the front the only other thing that moves would be the Hard Drive so I don't know if I can expect any faults in the future for this. - The the mouse is working but half the keyboard keys aren't functioning, luckily my friend let me borrow his keyboard and mouse for a bit. - The shell is damaged a bit. -I did get a 16G RAM, 2 "8GRAM sticks" so I have 2 slots available or use. - I did get the 2 Terabyte storage that was advertised. -The PC does come with the DVD slot and Windows 10. - The PC boots up fast so I have no complaints In that regard. - If you wish to use this for gaming you're gonna have to buy a GPU. All and all this was a semi decent product I'm gonna contact amazon and see If they can assist me with getting that stuff that aren't working. ... show more
