Excellent table for the price! It’s been perfect for our smaller living room allowing us to host friends for board games and have plenty of room when the table is fully open to seat 5 adults. Could absolutely fit a 6th. Love the addition of the rollout storage/seat. Which is sturdy enough for an adult and big enough for a couple kids to sit on. Build quality is solid, clear enough build instructions and has held up well. The only thing that could make it better for me is if it was a few inches taller, but that’s nitpicking. This is the perfect piece for the space I have it in. Wonderfully functional and just the right size. The assembly instructions were a bit wonky in that they frequently rotate things without indicating such, and by the time you notice it, it’s too late. All things considered though, it was an easy solo build for me. Seems very sturdy and was packaged well. The stickers to cover the cam locks are also better than expected, however it would be great if they didn’t fold the sheet and bend them since they are difficult to reshape and get to lay flat. The included screwdriver was disappointing in that it stripped about halfway through assembly. Use a better one, if you’ve got it. Overall, a great purchase! ... show more

It’s really nice and sturdy ! I love the way it looks , and being in a townhouse I love how it has the table . The only thing is it was difficult putting it together . Rather than just having pictures it would be nice to have written instructions as well, or an assembly video . It’s a lot of parts , and a lot of little screws . You’ll be doing overtime on your brain trying to figure the pictures out . But , it is well worth it for the end product . ... show more

Love this coffee table. Putting it together took a couple of hours. Putting in the wood screws was the hardest, but would be easier with a drill. It looks nice and functions perfectly.

It will get the job done. The top is a little hard to lift up. The stickers to cover the bolts are nearly useless, not very sticky, came in a complete mess, we'll see how long they stay on. The directions for putting the bench together on page 34, step 25, is WRONG, it reverses parts 21 and 20 - found that out in step 27 and had to take it apart to fix it (actually, thankfully the stickers were not very sticky so I could get it apart). There are very visible bolts on the front and back. The top and sides are more differently colored than I expected from the pictures online. Mostly it can be put together by one person, but the top does require a second person to hold when attaching to the base. ... show more

I liked the appearance and how it pops open l, but there were some major issues that make me regret purchasing the table. (1) the assembly instructions are not good. To make it worse there are a couple mistakes that cause you to install things backwards and you have to undo/redo steps. This is very bad when it’s made of cheap screws and particle board… (2) the hinged flip top of my table was screwed up the very first time I put it together and tested it out. The particle board was torn so the hinge was loose and would not tighten. They give you teeny tiny screws to hold three little hinges which are to allow the top to flip open: The top is two heavy pieces of laminated particle board. The tiny screws are not strong enough to hold the top together and the particle board is so soft it’s EXTREMELY easy to strip the threading in the screw holes so the screws spin and spin but never tighten. ... show more

Perfect for my apartment! I didn't have room for a table in my apartment so I got this and it's perfect! A little difficult to put together but worth it. Love all the extra storage space as well! I keep blankets in the ottoman and games in the table. Very sturdy and beautifully made
