I’m really happy with this twin mattress. It’s medium-firm, so it supports my body really well without feeling too hard, and I’ve been sleeping much more comfortably. I also like that it doesn’t feel hot during the night. After I opened it, it expanded to about 12 inches in only around 30 minutes, which was faster than I expected. I bought a 12" and 8" mattress. This one was 12" and it was still nice and firm, and my daughter felt very comfortable with it. It was half the price of IKEA but same quality. It came shrunk but took only 30 minutes to go to full size.

So I bought this mattress for my guest room. This is my 3rd purchase of this same mattress from other vendors. I can't say enough good things about it. Love it. It's getting a one star for the customer service & return policy of this mattress , even though they sent the wrong size mattress so I can't recommend getting it thru Amazon, not this post anyway. I think they are an afflate however Amazon is the face so any absurdities or unfair or illogical practices are on Amazon as far as I'm conncerned. I purchased a queen 12" bamboo mattress. I realized after it fully fully formed it was a 10" mattress and because I can imagine the nightmare it would be to try and get this back, & it being my guest room I'll just ask for the price difference and we're done. You'd think right? Nope they expected me to bubble wrap the entire mattress & somehow fit in the little airtight sealed box it came in, and take it to UPS, their mistake not mine. When I explained this isn't a tea cup it's a heavy queen 10" mattress & after all the air has left it will not fit back in the box I ended up with a supervisor who told me the same they dont price match???? or partial refund . I told her that it's not a price match I paid for a 12" mattress & got a 10". She told me doesn't matter the only way to resolve this is I either keep the mattress and eat the difference or completely wrap it in bubble wrap and they will send ups free of charge to pick it up. Now it's about principals bc I have to wonder how many people have gotten the "Wrong size" and dont realize it until all the air is out. How many people are incapable of moving a big heavy mattress out to their front door bc ups won't come in and get it from the frame it sits. How many people just say screw it I'm not doing it and take the loss. That's how I feel right now. As difficult as it's gonna be I'm going to bubble wrap it and get it to the front door, but as much as I love this mattress I suggest you do not buying it here on this page bc Amazon is not backing up the sellers absurd policy & im not so sure what exactly is going on here, but it sounds shady. It was almost as if they knew I got the wrong size. No one ever asked me for a picture or proof. They just started processing the return and barking orders on how it was gonna go no matter how inconvenient no matter how unfair unless I wanted to eat the difference, I was gonna have to follow the most absurd policy. I think I have ever seen. My advice be careful if you're purchasing this item from this post. The mattress is amazing everything else no so good ... show more
