I know that many people have given this good reviews, but for me, this is not a helpful pillow. The pillow is very dense and flat. The memory foam works as it should, absorbing pressure and returning to its original shape afterward. But I still find it uncomfortable and hard. I tried sleeping with it for a week and would wake up frequently due it's lack of comfort. Part of that again, is me - I just don't like sleeping that flat. Maybe for others it will be helpful. It's also a large pillow but because of the bumper/edge and where your neck must be, over half of the pillow can't be used. So I also end up sleeping further down on the bed than I would prefer. As mentioned in the listing it will emit an odor at first. I found this odor quite strong and even after a week of airing it out, I could still notice it while sleeping. For its high price, I was hoping for something a little more transformative. Now I'm just hoping it will be liked by a house guest in the future.

I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect pipe for a while now. The moment I believe that I’ve found it, after a few days or weeks of use, I’m no longer convinced. This EGOHOME cooling memory foam pillow devil has that cooling effect through the entire night. Each time you move you get s burst of “cool” against your skin. I slept with a pillowcase. But the reason for the 4-star rating from me is that the foam is too firm. My head was at an angle all night leaving my neck stiff the following morning. I tried it again another two nights to know if it would eventually soften up a bit to allow my spine to relax in a more neutral position, but it did not. I had to stop using it. If firmer pillows work for you, you will love this pillow. Outside from the true cooling effect you get, and there is no chemical odor to overcome.

This has to be one of the best pillows I’ve found for myself. After surgery, I was having a really hard time sleeping because I would often wake up with a very stiff and uncomfortable neck. My doctors couldn’t really determine what was causing it, so I started trying different things to see if I could find a solution. I changed my mattress to see if that would help, but unfortunately, it didn’t make a difference. I even moved to another bed to see if that would help, but I was still having the same problem. I also tried several different pillows, but nothing seemed to work. In fact, some of the other pillows actually made things worse for me. Finally, I found this pillow, and so far, it has been working really well for me. The height feels just right, and the comfort is there without feeling too firm or too soft. It provides the kind of support I was looking for and has made a noticeable difference in my sleeping experience. What I like most is that I’m no longer waking up in the middle of the night because of the discomfort I was experiencing before. I can sleep more comfortably and get through the night without constantly having to adjust my position. After trying different mattresses, beds, and pillows, I’m really happy that I finally found one that works well for me. The comfort and height are just right, and I would definitely recommend giving this pillow a try if you’re looking for a comfortable pillow with good neck support.

I am very happy with this pillow. I was very skeptical about it when I first opened it but after a few nights, I love it. First of all, I tend to sleep hot, especially in the summer. My mattress is lined with cooling memory foam, and it has been very good. This pillow also has cooling memory foam and it has been just as good at regulating my body heat as my mattress, so that is a plus. I tend to get a lot of neck pain due to scoliosis. Using this pillow has definitely made an improvement. The first night it just felt so much flatter than I was used to so it was a little awkward getting into a comfortable position, but once I did I slept comfortably and woke up with less neck pain than usual. Every night I slept on it I had the same results, so it has been good for pain relief. It provides much better support than I thought it would and I've easily gotten comfortable with the shape. I don't even bother using my other pillows anymore. This pillow helps my pain so for me it would be a good buy at any price. I'm taking way fewer OTC pain relievers in the daytime now.

I really wanted to like this pillow, but unfortunately it just didn’t work for me. The shape looked promising, but it wasn’t as comfortable or supportive as I expected. After using it for a few nights, I was actually more uncomfortable rather than less. The pillow also feels pretty firm, and the contour took some getting used to. I didn’t notice any real improvement with neck support or sleep quality. For the price, I expected better. Mine also came VERY poorly made. So not only is it unpleasant to look at but it is coming apart and has holes in it. Maybe it will work well for someone else, but personally I wouldn’t buy it again or recommend it.

The foam feels fairly dense and retains its structure well, and the removable fabric cover feels smooth and breathable. There was minimal initial odor, and it expanded to its full shape quickly without needing much time to air out. In practical use, the cervical contour does a decent job keeping the spine aligned, particularly when sleeping on your back or side. The cooling pad provides an immediate, noticeable sensation of coolness when you first lay down, though over several hours it tends to equalize closer to body temperature rather than staying ice-cold throughout the entire night. The memory foam offers firm, steady support that prevents your head from sinking all the way down, though anyone who prefers a plush, moldable, or super soft traditional pillow might find the ergonomic rigidity takes some time to get used to. Overall, it is a solid, functional contour pillow that delivers reliable neck support and standard cooling performance. The materials and stitching feel durable enough for regular daily use, and having a machine-washable cover makes routine maintenance straightforward. It serves its purpose well.
