I’m very happy with this memory foam mattress. It arrived well packed in a compact box and expanded quickly after opening. The mattress became full size within a few hours. I recently got the EGOHOME 8 Inch Twin Mattress, and I have to say, I’m really impressed! I bought two 8 inch mattresses and they just arrived today so they have not been slept on yet as I'm waiting the full time for them to expand before they're used. I will update my review if there are any changes? but just pushing on them, I think they'll be the happy medium of comfort. Not too firm, not too soft. They feel very comfortable. That being said..q Pros: Quality and durability seems great. Both mattresses look flawless and meet my standards. - Set up was breathtaking but fine lol. Pretty simple actually. The mattresses are vacuum sealed and then wrapped tightly. Lay the mattress down and pull the wrap until you get to the mattress is fully exposed, cut the vacuum sealed wrap and remove while the mattress exapnds. Easy peasy. - Definitely good value for your money. I'd absolutely purchase again if they continue to hold up well with use. If anything, I do wish I purchased the 10 inch versus the 8 inch ones for some extra thickness but they seem great. Cons: These mattresses reek of a chemical smell. It could be smelled almost as soon as the plastic was removed and it's actually pretty overwhelming. I think I will have to remove the mattress covers and wash them before they are used to be slept on. I had to close the door and crack a window in the room they're in. I don't love that as we shouldn't be breathing in whatever scent that is coming off these mattresses but it is not pleasant and it's the reason why this did not get 5 stars. I hope with a good wash, the smell will dissipate, otherwise, I won't feel comfortable allowing these to be used. ... show more
