This looks and feels like a quality item. However, I will have to return it. Not because of flaws in the product but because it does not work for me. I am short (5'2") with large hips. The belt is wide, even in front, therefore, it keeps riding upward. The lower edge in back then hits exactly the spot where the pain is.
