The media could not be loaded. Assembly: though the instructions weren’t super clear, this chair was very easy to put together. I love that all necessary tools were also included! Features and Use: my first impression is that this chair is very durable and well put-together! I love that it came with a cushion, pillow, and cover for outside. I really appreciate that the cushion and pillow have ties so they don’t fall down constantly. The base has plastic bumpers to preserve floors. The seat itself folds up nicely for storage and transportation. All parts of this chair appear to be sturdy and well manufactured. It is completely silent, even when moving quickly or vigorously, or spinning. There is no creak from the spring or grating of metal. My brother in law was able to sit comfortably in it, as a 6’1 250lb man, without issue. The chair does take up a moderate amount of space but is not a space waster. I currently am not using the cover as this is being used inside, but love the option should we rearrange our space. Overall I love this chair! I am so happy that I was able to put it in my reading nook. It’s cozy, comfortable, and appears to be very well made. I look forward to enjoying this piece for years to come!

This was simple to put together. It took a bit to get the chair at the height I needed since I'm so short. It's in the den and it's my favorite chair to sit and watch movies in. I have a nice big foot cushion to put my feet up also. It's absolutely perfect. I will probably purchase another one for outdoors in spring. What's nice is it's for inside OR outside and comes with a chair waterproof cover that zips over it for rainy weather or cold winters and need to protect it .

Interesting that this product had no written directions to put together but used pictures instead. Found the legs for the stand very easy to attach. The only hard part was where the 2 poles fit together. The holes didn't match up quite right and we struggled getting the bolt in place. Otherwise it was super easy and well marked. The chair folds up for easy storage and has a nice cover for winter. It is super cute. It takes up a lot of space so measure to make sure it will fit. Seemed reasonably priced. My feet don't hit the ground so almost need a hassock, or something for my legs. I am 5'5".

Ordered this chair on prime day 7/12/23. The chair arrived in a few days. Easy to assemble and easy to follow directions. There was an issue with the holes not lining up between the base and top of the chair frame and there were a few nicks and dings on the actual chair but overall it was well packed and these minor issues could have happened during shipping and delivery. After reaching out to the customer service via email, about the issues with the holes and they quickly shipped a replacement chair and the holes correctly lined up the second time. All in all it was a great experience and the customer service went above and beyond. It’s a comfortable chair that my wife really likes and that’s all that matters to me.

I purchased this chair for my wife for Valentine's Day.I got it on Valentine's Day but there was some hardware missing.I emailed the company and they responded promptly and made it all good.My wife is enjoying the chair everyday and says it's very comfortable.

This chair is very comfortable but a little narrow around the elbows…..might be better if it had cutouts in that area. Chair is mostly very stable but was once blown over by a strong wind. Overall, my wife is happy with it. Super easy assembly, Chair simply unfolds….stand requires inly a few nuts….5 minute assembly time.
