I just got this today and assembled 99 % of it myself. I will retighten the screws in a few weeks. I am a very big guy, 329 naked! It holds me well and the seat is very comfortable as is the backrest. It is a perfect height for working at my computer. All the hardware is heavy duty and the chair is heavy weight as a result. I have had 4 other chairs made of fake leather peel and look awful and I hope that does not happen to this one. If it does, I will update. It does come with large, well illustrated assembly directions and enclosed extra screws-very considerate. I tried the footrest just once and it is OK, although my wife said she bets she will find me sleeping in this chair. I like and recommend this chair. The grey color is nice and not the typical black I usually see.

The chair is very nice looking. The grey color is really nice. Not hard to put together and they included spare parts just in case you lose a couple. The base seems very sturdy and the wheels are quite nice. My previous chair struggled to roll on this flat carpet we have, this one, not a bit. It rolls very well. The chair back is quite comfortable as are the arm rests. The adjustment mechanisms work well. It is a comfortable chair with one thing to keep in mind. They built this to support up to 400lbs. It seems well suited for this. Keep in mind how the seat feels will depend on your size. I am 6' and 235 pounds. It is a firm seat to me. It is still very comfortable when sitting at my desk for a good while working. Sitting doing reports and budgeting and emails and such for a 2 to 3 hours has been great in it. Leaning back to relax and game it can feel a little firm on the sacral area. I asked someone well north of 300 to sit on it and they felt it was very comfy. It is like a memory foam bed, one that is comfy for a 350 football lineman would be very firm to a ballerina and one that is comfy for a ballerina would be squished flat by the lineman. The chair is the same. I think it is well designed and well built to hold up to people over 250 lbs. I like the little footrest as you can sit crossed legged on it or rest your feet on it if you want to lean back for a little gaming with a controller. Customer support has been great. They were very responsive to email. I asked for the rubber wheels and they responded right away on the weekend no less, and sent them out on Monday. The chair comes with a Qr code in the included document with a video to show you how to put it together if you prefer that to reading. Overall, very good experience with this chair and their customer service. I would definitely recommend this chair, especially if you are over 250-300, or even over 215. Chairs that say up to 250 or 275 never seem to last for those of us in the 215-260 range so this works nicely. Good price as well for what feels to be much better quality than many of the $300-700 chairs I see at Office depot.

I had deliberated on which chair to buy out of several i found online, but decided to give this one a try since it had such good reviews. They were spot-on! I bought the yellow one and color is true to the pictures, in a schoolbus/mustard yellow. It was easy to put together and I did it almost single-handedly in about 30 minutes. I did have to have my husband help me flip it onto its base when it was finished, since it is a solid, heavy chair. The construction is well done and the material and stitching seems high quality. It's even stood up against my cats claws on several occasions now and did not puncture or pit. I work from home and am in my chair for almost 8 hours a day. It is roomy enough for me to sit with my legs tucked comfortably, either without the leg rest or with it. The arm rests have several height selections! I'm so glad they move. I'm fairly short so taller arm rests often mean my shoulders are scrunched up. It is lovely to be able to adjust them to my needs. The upright seat position is very straight, but it pushes back easily and you can adjust the tension. The fully reclined position is perfect to drift off into a nap. My eyes wanted to close immediately, so I won't be doing that during work hours. I like that the leg rest slides easily and is simple and easy to adjust. I'm 5'1" and find it extremely comfortable to fit to my height. The back of the chair is very tall and could easily support someone much taller than me. I did email customer service to request the upgraded wheels for use on my office rug and they were quick to respond and ready to accommodate. Their turnaround time was swift and I had a tracking number for the package within a day. I have never had such exceptional service from a seller through Amazon and I am very pleased with my interactions. I would give this chair and company 6 stars if I could, but it only goes to 5. Highly recommend! If you're wavering on which chair to purchase, save yourself the trouble and get this one.

I purchased this Efomao Ergonomic Office Chair back in July 2025 and waited to write a review until I could give a long-term assessment, and I'm really impressed with this chair. It's genuinely comfortable, and I appreciate that the black PU leather material of the chair looks much nicer and more expensive than its price point suggests. The chair has a very roomy seat and great ergonomic features, including the adjustable height, adjustable armrests, and lumbar support. The back reclines significantly, and the footrest is retractable, making it perfect for those moments when I need to lean back and relax. The integrated headrest is comfortable, too. I'm 5 feet tall, and the chair was a bit too high for me, even at the lowest setting. I reached out to customer support, and they immediately offered a fix by sending a shorter gas cylinder and upgraded rubber wheels. The supportive customer service, ensuring that I got a perfect fit and that I was completely satisfied with my purchase, really confirmed my choice. Overall, this is a comfortable, quality chair with excellent adjustability and support.

This chair is quite nice, solid and seems decently made after assembly. The seat is stiffer and firmer than it might look by design, but it ends up being pretty comfy for a heavier person because of that. Arm rests are comfy, and surprisingly (for me at least) the back is more than tall enough to actually rest my head. Biggest thing for buyers to know; This chair does not tilt like a normal office chair, at all. The seat is permanently level with the ground. Instead, the back reclines, which is a very odd feeling for an office chair, but not a problem or a con. Just really different. The lever that controls the height can be pushed in to lock the reclined back at specific angles, and unlocked to recline freely when leaned into. This makes it feel very odd, like some mid point between an office chair and an armchair. Still getting used to it, but I don't consider it a negative, just noteworthy. The chair is high compared to most chairs. Even at the very lowest it can go, it's a quite tall chair. My previous chair could fit under my desk, but this one cannot due to the significant height. This is nice with the high back, as most chairs have nothing behind my head, but the arms and seat are super high off the ground and I have a preference for low chairs. It's not so high that it's weird, but if you need a chair that's low or can get very low, if you have short legs, etc, then this chair might not work out for you. I haven't had it long, but overall it's very nice for the price point. No clue about how well it will endure with time of course, but overall good.

Update 2 months after the purchase. This chair makes so many loud creaky noises. It is incredibly annoying, especially when I am on conference calls. I have tried to WD40 it, but I cannot figure out where to add it. Decreasing from 5 stars to 3 stars because it is seriously the loudest chair I have ever had. This was easy to put together, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I wear loose sleeves, and mine kept getting caught on the arm rests of my previous chair, which drove me crazy. As I was looking for chairs with arms that go all the way to the back, I found this one, which has a wider seat for criss-cross sitters (that's me) and the foot rest. Wow, what a nice feature! I will use the footrest often, because it is probably better for my back than sitting criss-cross! The cushion thickness is average, but I went from a mesh hard chair to this, so it's an improvement. It was easy to assemble. VERY easy. I'm 50+, in so-so shape with some back issues, and I did it in less than an hour. This checked all my boxes: arm rests that don't catch long sleeves, great back support, comfortable, easy to adjust, foot rest, wide seat for criss-cross. I ordered the beige color and it fits nicely in my office, which is white and gray. The beige has a gray hue to it. Very nice.
