I ordered the electric fireplace because our living room is chilly at times so I decided to give up some storage space in my wall unit and boy was it worth it! It was quite easy to put the fireplace in. The unit has everything you could want: a thermostat, remote, different flame colors, etc. It's really beautiful. One drawback: when my husband and I are watching television, we tend to look at the fireplace instead of the show, but i'm sure in time that will diminish. The media could not be loaded. I took a gamble, not seeing any reviews for this product, but it was the exact size I needed, and I couldn't find this product in the size elsewhere. This works very well! I think it looks great and the fire visual is really pretty! It's very sturdy, and is also very quiet. Some of these can be quite loud and I can't hear this while my TV is on.
