Excellent battery power supply. I already have the Echo Delta 2 with the auxiliary battery so I knew I was getting a great product. The Delta 3 came with a newer version of the solar panel charger that is smaller and more compact plus a case. The info window has been updated along with the front panel selector buttons.

So after the hurricane hit and being without power for a while I decided to get one of these. I live in south Georgia and it can get hot down here especially with 2 kids that I gotta keep cool. It's definitely great to use since i can just move it around from one location to the next unlike the generator that's huge, bulky and drinks about $60 in gas a day. It's nice to know that I can use the sun to charge it when there may possibility be no gas around. The charging speed from the provided cable is super fast. The solar panel does a great job of charging it. (As long as you keep it towards the sun.) I was able to get the refrigerator going or hook it up to the wash or dryer. The display will tell you how much energy you're pulling and how much estimated time.you have left. The customer service is great. The only issue i had with that is everytime you get a response back It's someone else but they've taken care of me with the problems I ran into. It's definitely worth the money, functions currently with no issues and it a power house.

I recently purchased the EcoFlow Delta 3 Plus, and I have to say, it’s been a game-changer for both home backup and my outdoor adventures. The 1800W output (with up to 3600W surge) is more than enough to power my essential household devices, including the fridge and our Starlink Internet, during outages. I especially appreciate the X-Boost technology that lets it handle high-wattage appliances, like my coffee maker and electric grill, without any hiccups. Perfect for when I’m out camping or during those unpredictable Colorado storms. The unit is impressively quiet – I can barely hear it, even indoors, which makes it a great alternative to those loud, traditional gas generators. I am pleased with my generator I did encounter an issue with an overload on the USB charging side. I found several people who had the same thing and they all had to be replaced. All I had to so was replace a faulty USB cable!

Within the last few months I ordered an EcoFlow (2), Bluetti and Runhood. I have tested all 3 and the Bluetti is far more superior, I feel I can trust it in an emergency. ECOFLOW has horrible customer service and in my opinion is not driven by satisfying the customer but are profit driven, hence they are the only ones who charge you a hefty fee to use their app, everyone else is free. The “new” Delta 3 product that I ordered is now no longer available and not coming back and I suspect due to problems. They have not been forthcoming with the issues. Bluetti has worked well and Runhood is unique, it offers a unique option in that the batteries are replaceable. Also after paying for another ECOFLOW, they did not send the device due to I guess backlog but they sent the solar panels. They actually told me that I had to pay for them to ship the solar panels back and only gave me a partial refund. Horrible customer service and I do not recommend buying from them. Don’t believe the hype and people who receive free products.

I ordered this package (including the Delta 3 Plus solar generator, a 220W solar panel with case) during a pre-Prime Days special on October 5. The estimated shipping time quoted was for reciept by Ocotber 22. The units shipped separately (and I was notified by EcoFlow) and I received both units before October 12. The Delta 3 Plus arrived with a 30% charge and it took less than two hours (AC) to bring the generator up to 100%. We then tested the unit plugging our 25 cubic foot refrigerator/freezer in for approximately five hours and it discharged to 60%. We set up the solar panels and were pleased that the generator recharged in less than four hours. As a bonus surprise, we received a carry/storage case for the Delta 3 this past week. Unit set-up and operations was pretty intuative but the included instructions are written in a size thee font. Extremely tiny print! Not for old eyes. I downloaded the complete instructions from the EcoFlow website. I would highly recommend this unit. It is very quiet, does not heat up and is reasonably easy to move around.

I received these items separately but on time. I love the Delta 3. It's amazing. I was a little unhappy with the performance of the panel and thought maybe it was just some false marketing. Well, after a couple weeks I was moving the panels and discovered that in fact the backside of one of the sections was cracked and now producing current. Explains the low output. I went to return it and guess what... JUST missed the return window. I thought to myself CRAP... Well contacted Ecoflow directly and they were very apologetic and asked for a picture of the cracked panel. I provided one and they immediately asked if I wanted a refund or two. I chose refund. They so "ok you'll see the refund in 3-5 days." The next day it hits my account. Unbelievably flawless customer service that I have not experienced from anyone else. I am an ECOFLOW customer for life.
