I am very difficult to please when it comes to pillows. Due to medical issues, that need very specific things, it takes me a very long time to find just the pillow i need. Tempurpedic changed the only one that worked for me. I was beyond upset. I’ve tired a few others and they haven’t helped. I actually was thinking of this for my husband. I had it saved in my “list.” When I pulled it up to show it to him it dawned on me that this might actually work for me! I would usually never dream of buying a pillow without feeling it but I did. I was hesitantly excited when it came. I opened it and was about to get discouraged because I knew right away that it was going to be to hard. I took out the firmest layer. I looked at the pillow and thought that now it would be to thin. However, I’ve had it now for only 2 nights and have gotten the best sleep I have in many months. It normally takes me a few weeks of pain to adjust to a new pillow. Needless to say I am ecstatic at what this pillow has done for me and how quickly it did! This is a brilliant design. Thank you bedsure!

I'm on the fence about this pillow, so I will just list what I like and don't like and let you decide if any of it resonates with you. PROS: 1. Comfortable, feels so nice- even the harder side is still soft and cushy. 2. Dual-sided- there is a softer and firmer side to this pillow which I think is great for several reasons. 1. It gives you options and makes this more versatile and broadens the appeal and usability. There may be times that you prefer to have the softer or firmer side facing you. 2. The firmer side provides some stability which is good for decorative appeal. CONS: 1. A little big for me, I like that it's big, but its firmness makes it difficult to manipulate and fold it smaller or into different shapes. 2. This is a side sleeper pillow. While I know that side sleeping is good for cognitive reasons, it helps with the mental renewing that takes place while you sleep. However, I prefer to sleep on my back because it keeps the wrinkles away. And yes, as I'm sure you are wondering; I'd rather be pretty than be smart. LOL kidding, but I couldn't resist that one. I've compromised, I alternate between side and back sleeping as much as I can consciously do so.

I got this through the Vine Program in exchange for my honest review. So far, I am impressed by this memory foam pillow and its ability to be configured in various ways. It took me a minute to figure out what the "8-in-1" actually means: - 2 sides of the cover, one with smooth, silky, "cooling" fabric and the other with a waffled lyocell fabric - 2 main inserts, one firmer and one softer, that should always be in the cover, but can be swapped in terms of which insert is closer to which side of the fabric cover - You have four configurations with the above items, times two if you add in the ~.75" insert. I appreciate that I can change this within a minute or two as the weather or my sleeping needs change. Right now it's the middle of a hot, humid summer and I'm already a hot sleeper, so I appreciate sleeping on the smoother, silkier, "cooling" fabric with the softer pad on top, without the insert. I've tested it several ways, and this is the most comfortable for now. You are supposed to use it without a pillowcase/cover to "optimize" the various configurations, which I am doing. Unfortunately, it looks out of place with the rest of my bedding, but I can live with that. Or be a rebel and throw a pillowcase on it. Additionally, you should only wash the cover, not the inserts. I recommend removing the cover and cleaning it when airing out the pillow for the first day or so and airing out the three pieces (firm, soft, and insert) separately rather than stacked together. Unfortunately, since the inserts aren't washable, I'm not sure about the overall longevity of the pillow...I've had other memory foam pillows that lasted years of heavy use, but others that stained and degraded in a matter of months. If the latter happens, I will update my review. As for price, the list (at the time of writing) is $69.99, or $50.99 on sale. Pricing for memory foam pillows is all over the place on AZ and at other retailers, so I can't comment on whether it's competitive. I will say that it does seem like a reasonable price for a good night's sleep.
