abunda_amazon_reviews To be clear, I have not used the generator in an emergency yet - I have only tested it. I ran it for about 30 minutes while powering a small refrigerator and some other devices. Based on my experience, I am very pleased with it. The generator arrived in excellent shape - no issues from shipping. It was easy to assemble the wheel kit and add oil. I had it ready to go in about a half hour. You will want to have the wheel kit. Is is very easy to move and maneuver with the wheels, but heavy and awkward enough to be difficult without them. In an emergency, the last thing I want is to hurt my back getting the generator ready. I added some gas and followed the instructions to start it. To say that it is easy to start is an understatement. It started on the first pull, and I didn't even need to pull hard. It was amazing. The noise was about what I expected, maybe a little quieter than comparable generators I have used. It runs very smoothly. Everything worked great. The emissions control is amazing. I was surprised that I could never small any fumes as I approached it when it was running. All of the controls and outlets, as well as the oil plug and oil fill/dipstick are clearly labeled and easy to access. Note that while this is rated at 3600/4650 watts, you cannot accomplish that using only the two household outlets. Those share a 20 amp breaker. So using normal extension cords, whether one or two, the best you can do is 2400 watts (120V x 20 amps). Unless you plan to use something connected to the L5-30 or TT-30 connector, you will want to buy an L5-30P adapter in order to take advantage of the full capacity. Adding the 30 amp (up to 3600 watts) capacity of the L5-30 outlet to the 20 amps, you can reach the full capacity. I purchased this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071ZNBVZM/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I will update this review after my first outage that requires extended use, but I have to say that I am so far very satisfied with my decision to purchase this unit.;;Reviewed in the United States on September 15, 2018;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;Love it. I power my fridge, 55" tv, router, modem, PS4, a light and whatever the kids and my wife want to charge as well. Gas seemed to last quite a while and I only put in a couple gallons at a time. No issues or complaints as of yet.;;Reviewed in the United States on January 17, 2020;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;Great generator;;JW;;;This generator works really well and comes with everything you need to start providing power on the go. Loudness: I purchased this for both home emergency use, as well as for traveling with my video company. This generator is super loud, but you most certainly can have a regular conversation if you’re near it. You’ll need to hide it behind a wall to help with the noise levels. Power: It provides exactly what’s advertised... consistent power! Oven when I drop a heavy load on it (1000 watt test) it keeps the power going. It has a couple power outlet options that’s great to have. Style: Perhaps the least important when buying a generator, but it does matter. This generator looks great. It’s not huge or super heavy (2 people always recommended to move it around) It does not come with wheels so if you’re planning on moving in quite a bit, you’ll definitely get your work out. Overall: Have used a few different types of generators over the last few years. This one is not the most powerful or the quietest, but it does provide very consistent, stable power every time.;;Reviewed in the United States on April 11, 2020;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;Consistent and stable power output! Great generator!;;Joel &Rebekah;;;This thing is much quieter then I thought. That’s the main thing I like about it. Also I poured fuel in, set the choke and it fired up on the first pull. When you get this you have to change the oil after 20 hours. A ton of people neglect these small motors. Also run it for about 5 hours straight for the first time to break it in. These little things help a lot. The best thing however is how quiet it is. Oh another tip for any generator is start it up once a month for at least 5 minutes.;;Reviewed in the United States on November 27, 2019;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;Quiet.;;Jason;;;This is a great Gennie!! We use it for our 31 foot Surveyor travel trailer. We go out in the boondocks digging rocks and minerals and normally don't stay were there are hook ups. We had a larger heavier super noiser one that was comparable output and downsizing to a quieter lighter model is so worth it!! This gennie is 1/3 the size of the previous one and gives us more space in the bed of our truck when traveling and it is easily carried by two people - I train weightlifting and it is not safe to pick up with one person though it could be done but you could hurt your back. This gennie runs our microwave and tv + dvd player plus charges up our two batteries. One tank of gas lasts a long time and once we are in the trailer we can't hear it running! Highly recommend to any RVer!;;Reviewed in the United States on November 10, 2019;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;Great Little Gennie!;;Claire;;;We have only had this unit for about a month and have gone through the start and shutdown process about four times. That said, what we have found so far is that the unit starts very easily, runs smoothly, and appears to be exactly what we need for an emergency backup generator. The pros: solid unit that appears constructed well enough to take some punishment, all of the information needed is contained on the front panel, is very quiet for its size, comes with everything needed other than fuel (funnel, oil, plug wrench, etc), starts very easily with a moderate smooth pull. The cons: nothing major but....wish the fuel fill port were closer to the edge of the tank instead of the middle and the oil fill port was not so difficult to access. Also, the there is something going on with the fuel shut off valve as the whole thing turns instead of just the switch. The addition of a clamp should fix it, but that definitely needs to be designed better. Once we have occasion to use it, I'll come back and leave some practical comments about its use.;;Reviewed in the United States on September 22, 2019;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;Great unit - 4200/3500;;Buck

Great unit - 4200/3500
We have only had this unit for about a month and have gone through the start and shutdown process about four times. Once we have occasion to use it, I'll come back and leave some practical comments about its use.
