This multi use Tumbler Heat Press is fantastic! I bought it for my children to make customized and heartfelt Christmas gifts for all of our family and friends this year. We love how versatile the machine is. Options as far as size and shape of cups are endless. We were able to do both fitted and snap back hats which was super helpful. The heating attachment puts out even and accurate temperatures every time. The auto-timing feature and adjustable pressure makes it user-friendly. Very way to use. The Included instruction manual was helpful but for the most part the machines are straightforward. Perfect for kids and / or beginners. The solid construction makes it safe to use and insures perfect results. Came with extra sublimation tools. Extremely pleased, have and will continue to recommend. Amazing price.

I purchased this just over a month ago and used it maybe 5 times. Went to use it today and it wouldn't heat up nor would the display work properly. I changed out the fuse...no difference...the hat press part heated up just fine so it is obviously something wrong with the cup heating element. Weak sauce that it lasted for a handful of uses for $250+. Amazon was great in accepting a damaged return after the window but this is a major setback as I needed this to fulfill both hat and tumbler orders this weekend. When I tried contacting the company, i got a null page error. I'd avoid this one if you can!

Okay, this is my first time using a tumbler heat press and let me tell you it could be tricky. Let me tell you I read that manual like 20 times before fully understanding. I had to come back to the listing to watch the tutorials and reread the manual again but once I got the hang of it , it was easy. I will say that I try it on a 15oz mug and i went all the way back and I still wasnt able to get the whole mug to properly press on it. This does not mean that this press doesnt work, I just started my journey on learning how to press the mugs so I will update this if I can find an easier and more effective way on pressing the mug. But it does heat up fast and you can preset your heatings and you wont have to be changing them.

I had been looking for a tumbler press for awhile and recently a hat press. This machine happened to come up on my list and also had a coupon attached. Now I am one to ALWAYS look at reviews first and it did not have any. I decided to take a chance on this one because it was both the machines I was looking for in one and less expensive than buying two different ones. I am so glad I did!! The instructions were very clear, attachments are easy to swap and it heats up quick! You have 4 different memory modes to set so if one tumbler has a slightly different time or temp you push a button and it’s set! Would definitely recommend this machine to anyone looking!! The only thing I did change was the recommended time in the instruction manual. It said 365 for 50 secs, flip and do another 50 secs. My first tumbler, the horror one, I did with their settings and it came out slightly darker than I liked so I backed it down to 40 secs turned and did another 40 secs (yellow tumbler) and it came out perfect! (Don’t mind my pizza wheels, that was my printer and these were testers). The colors are vibrant and the black is black. Good bye convection oven, hello tumbler press!

I received this tumbler and hat press yesterday. I love that is purple. Love how easy was to set up and made 4 20oz tumblers to practice and they came out perfect. I can wait to try a hat and a bigger tumbler. Overall very satisfied and would recommend it to family and friends looking to get a tumbler press.
