Bought this product via Amazon Dec 24, 2023 and it arrived December 29, 2023. I installed it in my front wash room for hand washing in January 2024. It seemed to work ok until last week (March 29, 2024). I supposed it was the element and ordered a new one. But the element when removed was not burned out. Yes, it was installed by a professional of 29 years! It trips the breaker if anything else is on. We’ve tried other problem solving but it still trips.
