Features

  • MODEL COMPATIBILITY: Please verify that your machine model exactly matches our compatibility requirements. This welding gun is designed to fit the following models: Millermatic 141/190/211, Millermatic 180/140 (After #LH210051N), Multimatic 200/215, Renegade 180, and Syncrowave 210 TIG (Retrofit kit 269044 and accessory kit 301254 required).
  • BETTER WIRE FEEDING: Featuring a direct-drive system, this gun is specifically designed to handle softer welding wires like aluminum, eliminating the risk of frustrating jams and breakages that often occur with longer torch cables. The direct connection ensures a smooth, reliable feed from the spool to the weld pool.
  • CONSISTENT PERFORMANCE: The spool gun itself has a built-in wire feeder mechanism, which reduces the distance that the wire needs to travel. This design provides a more consistent and stable wire feed compared to changing a standard liner to a graphene liner of the MIG torch, offering a simpler and more effective solution for high-quality welds.
  • CLEAR VISIBILITY: The transparent housing provides a complete, unobstructed view of the internal drive mechanism and the remaining wire spool. This allows you to monitor wire feeding performance in real-time, ensuring smooth operation and providing a clear indication when its time to reload, thus preventing unexpected interruptions.
  • ERGONOMIC DESIGN: The spool guns light body and contoured grip are designed to reduce operator stress and fatigue during prolonged use, giving you superior control and a more enjoyable welding experience.
  • TROUBLESHOOTING: If you experience reverse wire feeding during operation, please refer to the detailed diagram to adjust the wiring configuration.

  • Perfect Spool Gun
Needed a spool gun for my for my Miller 211 to do a quick aluminum repair. I had borrowed a friend's Miller 150 spool in the past but I needed one quicker than I could get it from him. I took the chance getting this rather than paying the outrageous price for the Miller. I am so happy I did!! I actually like it better than the Miller. Hooking it up to my 211 was so simple and loading wire in it was way easier than other spool guns I have tried. Worked like a charm and the repairs I needed to make were done in time. Over all, I highly recommend this and couldn't be happier! ... show more

  • It works on a millermatic 220!!!
Wow, Yes welder knocked it out of the park with this setup worked out of the box on a millermatic220. If they decide to make a 20 ft long version I would definitely being purchasing it.

  • Some detailed info
I needed a spool gun for my Millermatic 211 Autoset welder. I couldn't bring myself to pay over $700 for a Miller gun that is going to get occasional use so I bought the Yeswelder LBT 150-ML. Reviews seemed to say it was better than all the cheap guns online and possibly as good as the name brand ones. I'll review after using but here's my initial thoughts and a bunch of information that I struggled to find out. Even the Yeswelder website is very vague. It arrived with some extra parts besides what was on the gun. 2 extra tips, a wrench and a v grove roller for steel wire. The unit has the u groove roller installed for aluminum. The rollers accommodate .030" and .035" wire. Whatever size wire you are using you want those numbers facing up so you can read them when you install the roller. The spool gun uses the same size tips, diffuser, insulator and nozzle as the Lincoln Magnum 200/250 and the Tweco #2 mig guns. The nozzle is stamped 22-50 and is 1/2"ID 3-1/16"Long the back half is about .7"ID The nozzle slides back and forth for adjustments. From about 1/8" contact tip stick out to about 1/4" recess. You can pull the nozzle out even further but parts will be exposed to splatter, not something you want to do. And now the difficult part: The tips that came with the gun are Tweco 14 Series style. 1.5"Long .25"OD 1/4-28thread. There was one stamped AL0.9-0.035 and two stamped AL0.8-0.030 . Aluminum, millimeters-inches. I measured the tips and this is what I came up with: AL0.8-0.030 tip is 1.5"long .25"OD about .045"ID AL0.9-0.035 tip is 1.5"long .25"OD about .051"ID Yeswelder does not have a consumables kit listed for this spool gun, not even any tips listed on their website which seems ridiculous. I was able to figure out the consumables kit they have for the Lincoln Magnum 200/250 Tweco #2 has most of the parts needed but it comes with standard contact tips for steel. I couldn't find aluminum contact tips for this gun online. I ended up just ordering some standard sizes for steel that are one size bigger than the aluminum wire, apparently that's common practice when you don't have tips for aluminum. I just ordered the Yeswelder Lincoln Magnum 200 kit with the Tweco style 14-35 tips to use with the .030" aluminum wire. I think the the Yeswelder Lincoln Magnum 200 kit with Tweco style 14-45 tips would work for the .035" aluminum wire but not certain, the inner diameter might be a bit big from what I've read. I ended up buying some standard Tweco style 14-40 for the .035" aluminum wire online. Hopefully that works out otherwise I'll have to get some standard 14-45 tips which is close to what this gun came with. Very frustrated figuring out consumables and haven't even gotten to using the spool gun. Zero stars on information and parts availability. I'll let you know how it goes. So I probably did 100 repair welds on my dirty old aluminum trailer outside in cold weather last fall. I haven't had an opportunity to use it since. The thicker frame was easier to weld than the thin bed and cross members. I found there was a huge learning curve to welding aluminum compared to steel. I struggled a lot, ruined a bunch of tips, but eventually was able to do repairs that I would call not nice but adequate. I wish I could give you some insights on how this spool gun worked and compared to others but my lack of experience welding aluminum plus tough welding conditions would make for poor information. ... show more

  • Consumable kits
RK had an excellent review of this product. I would like to simplify what I learned after trying Tweco #2 tip sizes 14-35, 14-45, and 14-52. The 14-35 would be a good tip if you are running .030 aluminum wire and 14-45 would be a good tip if you are running .035 aluminum wire. I also reached out YESWELDER and the link to the consumable kits they recommended is below. Lastly, I'm using this on a Miller 211 with no issues. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07R1XKVR3?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 ... show more

  • You get what you pay for
The wire feed did not work right out of the box. The nut to increase tension on the wire is plastic and stripped out immediately when I tried to put enough pressure on it to feed the wire. I have to manually push on the tension knob to get it to feed wire. Would have been a heck of a welder if that worked correctly. ... show more

  • Tech support is phenomenal
The spool welder had some issues right out of the box. It hooked up perfectly to my millermatic 211 without having to switch polarity on anything inside the gun or in my machine. I went from welding standard steel to swapping out the gas cylinder and the steel spool was disconnected so I could use this gun with aluminum. There is a v-groove wire drive and a u-groove wire drive that comes with this about the diameter of a quarter. Make sure you have the U drive selected if you decide to use it with aluminum where it will not grip properly and will cause intermittent feeding which will blow out your tips. The gun came with three tips total. Two of them are 0.30 and the other one is 0.35. It is recommended to use 0.35 on the 0.30 wire if that is what you are using because the aluminum will heat up at the tip and expand and possibly get clogged up causing a burn back and blown out tip if you do longer runs with the 0.30 tip on 0.30 aluminum wire. Inside the window on the spool gun there is a gate that gets closed up and then you turn the tension knob to get a good feed tension. After I closed my gate It was pretty obvious that the gate itself was getting pushed outward by the tensioning post. There was no way that I could get tension on my wire because it was being forced too far away by the tension control arm itself. Since the tension control arm is made of plastic components it wasn't too hard to figure out that I had to trim some of the plastic off of the arm itself in order to allow the gate to close a little bit more which would then allow tension to be applied to the wire and the roller. Because of all of this I blew out two of my tips that came with the kit, called tech support and was leaving a message when I was cut off before I left my contact information. Believe it or not customer support actually called me back using caller ID, was very concerned about the problem and took down all the information and then just simply ask me if I would mind returning the unit and just order a second one at no extra shipping cost to me of course. To me that is excellent customer service where they will actually go out of their way to look at caller ID and call you back to help you out. No one ever does that. These guys have my future business now. ... show more
