For the price, this media chest/fireplace can’t be beat! The instructions were terrible (pictures didn’t line up with words), but my husband figured it out and got it assembled in about two hours. We love it!

I was actually terrified when the box arrived because it looked like it had been dragged through the amazon jungle and I was honestly expecting the worst. But it was SO well packaged with extra reinforcement all around the edges that to my relief not one single piece was dented or damaged. My son put it together in about 3 hours with me just handing him the pieces and I must say I love it. I would have hoped for a heavier piece it seems a bit light but really who’s going to move it ? To solve the dilemma of off white or grey I guess it’s safe to say it’s a light whitewashed gray. If you’re looking for a cream/ivory color this may not be the one for you .. Love the two tone. It’s a bit shorter than I wanted but that’s not a big deal. The fireplace doesn’t look cheapy. I’m going to add black handles to the doors to add a pop of contrast. Overall, good purchase. I’m happy with it. Hope this helps.
