  • Not 100% stable.
I can def still wiggle my finger with it on but I still prefer it over the Walmart finger braces that I was wearing that were huge and digging into my skin.

  • Great finger splints
These finger splints come in a pack of 5 and have been great for my trigger fingers. It has a sturdy inner aluminum brace, and it is wrapped in soft but sturdy hook-n-loop material. I've tried the longer finger splints and although they work well, they interfere with typing. Since I work in front of a computer all day, I had to look for a splint that wouldn't interfere with typing. The size of these splints is perfect! Since receiving these splints, I can now wear them most of the day which has really helped with my trigger finger. ... show more

  • Comfortable, size around adjusted by velcro
There were several braces in this package. Their material is comfortable and appears well made, good quality, well stitched together. -- (** UpDate - I have had these a little while now, and wear one of them off and on almost daily. I have begun to notice some stitching threads fraying, and some of the grip of the velcro fading. It's not super bad yet, but enough to mention. At this rate, they won't likely last as long as I first thought, but should still last long enough to still be worth the price to try them out. I will not in any way be changing anything about this original review, for posterity and transparency reasons, but am only adding this update. **) -- All the braces here appear all the same size for length, but their velcro strap allows for size adjustment around. The velcro is medium strong. I believe the velcro will last awhile under normal use, but I also think it is likely to give out sooner if you fidget with it. Like after many times of putting it on then taking it off just out of boredom or something. Not sure how many times though. That is why this item gets 4 out of 5 stars, because the velcro strength, leading to my perceived prediction of its durability and longevity, could have been just a tad stronger. My personal experience wearing this brace is that it fits best on my thumb knuckle, though it would also fit on a single knuckle of a finger. It is comfortable, but you gotta be sure to have it tight enough that it secures your thumb knuckle so it cannot bend. But at the same time, you gotta be sure it isn't too tight or it will cut off some of the circulation to your thumb. It is also rather difficult to put on by yourself, so you might need help putting it on. This brace is helping me, and has potential to help others. However, if you are experiencing any medical issues, such as joint, muscle, tendon related issues, you should still see your doctor about it. I am not a doctor or any other medical professional, so I speak from my own experience here. Nothing I say here is intended to take the place of your doctor, or their medical advice, diagnosis, or treatments. Overall, it is a good quality item, comfortable, and works for keeping digits straight and unbending. ... show more

  • Perfect for trigger thumb pain
I have trigger thumb and have been wearing a thumb brace for a few months at night to keep it immobile while I slept to get some relief. Unfortunately I went out of town and my brace didn't make it back home with me. I saw this set and decided to give them a try. So glad I did. Not only do you get five for about the same cost as I paid for my old one, they are so much more comfortable to wear. My old brace had a longish metal bar that was just a teensy bit longer than my thumb and made it somewhat uncomfortable. You also had to wrap the band around your thumb at least twice to secure. These are much shorter and fit my thumbs perfectly. One wrap around and nice and secure. I can still bend them at the bottom but my knuckle is nice and secure. And, the fact that I now have 5 is awesome. No more worrying about misplacing one! ... show more

  • Good half splint option!
These are a good option for half or partial finger splints. I have petite fingers and they fit alright, it is a little difficult to get them tight enough without help. The material could be a little better, there might be longer lasting or higher quality options, but these might work well enough.

  • Sturdy but bulky
I got these for my kids to help with hyper-mobility in the fingers due to Ehler's Danlos. They're thicker than they appear in the photos, and one of the kids refuses to use them at all. The other uses them sparingly and only when absolutely needed because they're bulky enough to be uncomfortable for regular use. They are well made and sturdy. ... show more

  • Splints
Got these to keep in my basketball bag as being a coach kids are getting hurt all the time. They especially like to jam their fingers on the balls or the floor. These help me keep their fingers immobilized until they can receive proper medical attention. They are small enough to fit the kids and they are soft and comfortable in contract to the metal and foam splints found in local pharmacies. Great investment for me being they came in a 5 pack. ... show more

  • Made well
These finger splints are made well. They are thick with plenty of padding. The velcro adheres well. The only thing I dislike is that it's not long enough and it doesn't give me the stability I need. I can still bend my fingers with them on. It doesn't cover both knuckles. The metal rod stays in it's pouch. ... show more
