Not all of the pre drilled holes align in order to assemble. This chair is the worst of the 3 pieces. Of course this was the last piece I put together, the only option for refund or replacement is to ship it back for a return and replacement. That requires taking it all apart and getting it to UPS. Not happening. However with that being said with this flaw, I do like the furniture, the seat cushion on the bench could be a little more plush, that is an easy fix. ... show more

But they forgot some screws so I can’t finish putting it together, I’ll reach out to see if they’ll send more, but for the most part I can see it coming along. And I’m absolutely not handy at all but it’s pretty simple to put together once you get the hang of it. I’ll post pictures later
