Whoever designed this ice machine needs a raise this is one of the most over engineered but in the best way ice machines I've ever had every facet of it has been considered to give you delicious and yummy yummy ice they even included free bags so that I can have 8 lb of ice in my freezer and make more ice the lid is super thick so it insulates the the machine is cute quiet it makes delicious giant chunks of ice I love it and I want to thank you cozy because geez Louise you guys are doing a great job. My only complaint is that the ice scoop is shaped weird dor the basket. But you even put little snow flakes ❄️ in the design. Great job, great product, and I LOVE THE STICKERS AND ICE BAGS it was such a nice treat and it's so thoughtful.

This is the second ice maker of this brand I have purchased. I have owned 5 others in the past . They typically last less than 2 years. I use them constantly. The previous Ecosy lasted over 3 years. The new one is much quieter. It produces ice very quickly. So far my only complaint is that the ice falling into the bucket stacks up on the inside side of the bucket and stops ice production, with the indicator saying the bucket is full when it is only partially filled. This happened with all the previous ice makers also. As with all the others, the ice produced is wetter than refrigerator freezer ice and melts quickly. I use filtered water only in the unit. The unit works well for me at least so far.

Great item for those needing clear cocktail ice. Recommend the small for home use. About 20 fit in a gallon zip lock. Can start making more as you drink. Larger unit for a bar or higher traffic

After two evenings of operation here is my feedback. First we have a highend clear ice machine so i have a solid baseline to compare. All clear ice machines ice melt faster than ice makers in freezers at 0F. You get the machine, ice tongs, and a TDS meter, and a silicone 4 sphere ice tray to store in freezer. All you need to enjoy. Our filtered water is 24 TDS. The machine does produce enough white noise from the water circulating that you wouldn’t want it in the same room where you’ll be hanging out. That said, you can make ahead using its delay timer. However i can say with knowledge of a high end (ie True) clear ice maker, when it is circulating water its not whisper quiet but I would say this counter top machine is maybe 2-3x louder (but just white noise). The unit has a small footprint (which is desired) so not a lot of soundproofing potential. The spheres come out reasonably smooth, but they start out fractured and cloudy, then get clearer. There is a good size void in the made sphere. A little more than expected or preferable but it’s not deal breaker. The water reservoir holds 31oz water. It makes maybe 6 spheres (I didn’t count last night). It does make them one at a time and takes about 35 mins per sphere. So 3 hrs for 6 spheres. The bin maybe holds 5 or 6 but after 3 hrs the first sphere is maybe half size from melting (as expected). When draining the machine, that is my only criticism. You have to slide the machine over the edge of the counter such that the feet are off too, hold a container under and pull out the plug. You don’t want to be over carpet. Overall, i would buy again but you get what you pay for. This is an inexpensive clear ice machine.

Makes ice quickly. Isn't too noisy. Doesn't need to run all the time since ice gets made quickly and you can turn it off. We make ice and bag it them in ziploc freezer bags if we are having friends over and need lots of ice.

I had very high hopes for this ice maker. It does produce attractive, clear ice, but each sphere has a dime-sized opening at the top that leads to a cavity roughly the size of a large marble. Once the sphere is placed in a drink, the bourbon flows into that cavity, so the ice melts from both the outside and the inside. The result is surprisingly rapid melting and dilution. For comparison, I made a solid sphere of the same approximate size in a regular mold using distilled water. In the same insulated cup, that solid sphere barely melted by the time I finished sipping my bourbon, and I could easily use it for a refill. With a sphere from this machine, however, what remained was only slightly larger than a golf ball and was pretty much hollow. The product photos are also misleading. They show a bin containing eight full-size, 2.4-inch clear spheres. In reality, the bin is not refrigerated. Unless each ball is moved to a freezer as soon as it drops and then placed back in the bin for the photo, it would not look like that. In my approximately 70-degree kitchen, by the time the eighth sphere dropped, all of the earlier spheres had already shrunk considerably, with the first one reduced to roughly 1.5 inches. The machine makes beautiful ice, but the large internal cavity causes it to melt too quickly, and the collection bin does not preserve the spheres at their original size. For a product specifically intended for whiskey and bourbon, those are major drawbacks. I'm returning it.

I love this ice machine. I didn't want to invest $300+ in an ice machine and this fits the bill perfectly. I actually love that it is smart and I can create a schedule. Or, if i'm away from home, I can log in, turn it on, and by the time I get home from errands, I have ice ready and waiting. It works very well, is easy to clean, and surprisingly keeps the ice cold/unmelted for quite awhile. After having replaced the ice maker in my French door refrigerator 3 times, I decided enough was enough and this little gem took care of my need without having to invest in another $2000+ in a new refrigerator.

After a few days of using this, the add water light went on even though it had enough water in it. It would not make ice even when I added some more water, so I turned it off and back on and it was fine. A few days later, it did the same thing. So I wrote to the seller to let them know I might have a problem with this unit and would keep in touch with them. They wrote right back and asked if it did happen again to send them photos. It did happen again, so I sent a couple of photos and they decided rather than wait for it to mess up again or possibly stop working, they would replace it without me having to return it. Such great service! I rec'd the new one today and so far, so good, it seems to be working fine. Also- it was making great ice quite fast. I am very pleased with both of them, though I will put the first one aside as a backup for the future because these units eventually need replacing. When that happens I can keep making ice with the first one until I buy another and not have to buy a bag of ice while I wait. At least, I hope so. You never know, it might decide to die when I take it back out. ;0). This ice maker is a great size and fits on my counter without taking up too much room and I love the large size ice! Much better than the ice the unit I had replaced this with. Much thicker and doesn't melt as fast. Also, I'm really happy that it will clean itself.
