I am a bigger guy, and this bike fits me very well. It is so much fun, and the seat is not uncomfortable. The assembling process was not hard. I got this to go around the town I live in, and it is so good for that. The price for the bike is so reasonable. The only thing I wish someone told me is that it is a lot of bike, and if you are used to a regular mountain bike it is a bit different riding a fat tire. It just takes some time to adjust. You want to be tall to. I am 5”10 and I barely touch the ground when I stop. The quality of the bike, and battery are really good. Its great and fast, but it has a short battery, it claims it has 20 miles but I usually gear about 12 miles out of each full charge. In my case the gears wont shift past 3 but that can be easily fixed and isn’t affecting my rating. 4 stars because of the inconvenient battery life

This bike is huge first of all ifs not the weight they posted is actually about 73 pounds, heavy. The battery didn't hold much charge and the 1st day it broke, the Error message appeared and i wasn't able to turn it back on again, had to return it and it wasnt easy, the seller suggested i sell it and they pay me $60, they mention they didn't want the big bike back, i got an offer from the seller they would pay for the shipping if i pay them $70 i agreed because i took it to Ups and they would charge me $380 to send it back, the funny thing is that the city i was supposed to ship it back to was about 30 minutes away from me and they refused for me to return it in person. Anyways i got $70 discounted from original price and got the heave bike off my hands. ... show more

I was wanting to stay on a budget obviously and this seemed like a good deal. I did not know a lot about them and bought the ECOTRIC fat tire snow. First, the bike is tall, I am 6'1 and the top bar is deeeep in the crotch when straddling the bike flat footed. I am talking shifting contents of the package deep. I am also about 240lbs and my recommendation would be if your 220lbs or more get a 750 watt or higher. I can get up to about 23 mph peddling hard using pedal assist and about 21 mph all throttle. The battery of this bike is a joke, after about a year now I am down to three bars out of five in less than a mile, 12.5ah is not a good battery size for this size bike, I would say 15 or higher and this company does everything possible to hide the details of the battery so that you have to do a ton of research finding a bigger one that will fit its "old style" battery mount and most people probably buy the same battery from the ECOTRIC store which is way over priced and will still under perform. The bike comes with zero suspension so finish that beer because if you put it in your cup holder your going to be wearing it from every pebble, speed hump or anything you roll over. It does not come with a headlight which is pretty standard for e-bikes and I didn't think that would be such a big deal but who wants to charge a light in addition to charging your e-bike? Does not include a rear rack, if you have an e-bike you have the ability to easily travel greater distances, your going to want to pack coolers for drinks, snacks whatever and that is another $100 your having to spend not to mention the cooler or bags to put on the rack. Overall, its not a horrible bike but I do believe for someone my size its underpowered , and while it costs less up front your going to spend a lot more just to make it enjoyable. There are better buys on here by far, I don't recommend ECOTRIC knowing what I know now. Nothing personal against the company, I have had zero issues with them, my statements are based off my first hand experience going from e-bike ignorant when I purchased it to now. ... show more

The bicycle came on time and was way more than I expected, great looking bike looks tough. After removing the Governor from the top speed I was able to hit 26 miles an hour. A lot of times when I'm stopped at a stoplight I get a lot of people rolling down their windows and asking questions about it. I have been using Uber to get back and forth to work for 3 years now this bike is saving me some serious money no more Uber for me. Very very happy. ... show more

Ok, so I researched the reviews and rolled the dice so here we go. Quality of bike is Excellent, Ease of assembly Very Easy. Would have been nice to have the mountain bike front hub lock washers so if the front tire ever comes loose the wheel can’t come off. Power of bike on level surface is Good easy 20+ mph but !!! If your even going up a slight hill forget it 500w and a 36v battery doesn’t get it done. Not even in Full Power assist mode! I’m 197lbs 6’6”tall, bike is plenty big enough but very very Disappointed at the lack of power any slight hill, and I mean slight hill your doing all the work! You can hear the motor but it doesn’t Help. So if your looking for a big tire street only bike. If your looking for any simple dirt road or simple trail forget it! Keep looking!!! ... show more
