I have researched entry level fat tire electric bikes for a while and patiently waited until prices dropped and quality improved. My patience has paid off with THIS BIKE AS I LOVE IT! It took about 3 hours to assemble taking my time and everything fit together seamlessly. My maiden voyage was simple and allowed me to make minor adjustments to the seat and handlebars. I just returned from a one hour ride going full throttle on level 5, the fastest and the bike handles flawlessly. The fat tires really cushion the ride and jumping curbs or small obstacles is a breeze compared to thin wheel bikes.I weigh 245 lbs and this thing can handle this weight and more. I will say we conquered a very steep hill and while I did pedal, this beast got me up. Impressive! I am surprised at the power and ride of this bike. I wish it came with fenders and a nice rear cargo rack but for the price, what a NICE ELECTRIC BIKE! ... show more

The bike has good power and everything is great except for the battery life. I pedal quite a bit and get between 11-12 mile per charge. First time out of the box, I got 14 miles. I was expecting around 19 miles on electric only without peddling, so I'm a little disappointed in the range. I tried reaching out to see if I could exchange the battery, but I'm not receiving emails from the seller. I think the lack of response is an error on Amazon's side, but the support is frustrating regardless. ... show more

I am so pleased! My search began Christmas 2019 and culminated with Ecotric's $895 special. It's a blast to ride and not too difficult to assemble. Make sure you tighten the handle bars as I didn't. No damage other then a minor hole in my knee....LOL UNBELIEVABLY fast delivery. 4 days on 2/20/21

First off, this is not a $3000 bike, so it shouldn't be judged that way. My only gripe was that they sent me a bolt instead of a front axle with a clamp. I complained about it and they sent me one (after telling me the bolt was an alternative... no it isn't). The seat is ok, but I bought a different one for a little more comfortable ride. I feel like the bionic man riding this around and it's a blast. I'm 5' 11" and this bike almost too big for me, but only when coming to a stop and having to hold it up. You need some mirrors (get the MICTUNING ones), fenders (FAT26S900USB-BL), a bag (Bag Bike Phone Case) and some lights (Ascher USB). This thing flies at 20MPH without peddling and peddling it around makes you want to use it. ... show more

The bike is comfortable, and easy to ride. I love the assisted peddling when my legs get tired and for really steep hills the full throttle mode is so convenient. I get compliments on this bike everytime I ride it.
