I am a bigger guy, and this bike fits me very well. It is so much fun, and the seat is not uncomfortable. The assembling process was not hard. I got this to go around the town I live in, and it is so good for that. The price for the bike is so reasonable. The only thing I wish someone told me is that it is a lot of bike, and if you are used to a regular mountain bike it is a bit different riding a fat tire. It just takes some time to adjust. You want to be tall to. I am 5โ€10 and I barely touch the ground when I stop. The quality of the bike, and battery are really good. Extremely fast shipping, received in 3 days. (Will update review tomorrow after my first ride) Fairly easy to assemble, ( about 30 minutes and comes with tools needed ) I had a hiccup with the left peddle, it screws in counter clockwise... Battery charged in 5 hours so it's too late to ride tonight. The bike is big, anyone under 5' 10" ( as mentioned in other reviews ) will have trouble getting on and off this monster. This is a heavy duty bike and looks like a Beast with the fat tires. Can't wait to ride it in the morning. Update about ride and handling tomorrow. **Update** First ride was a blast, 5 miles on electric with very little peddling. Hit 25 mph on a flat surface but most of the time 23 was the top using electric only, in 7th gear and speed setting on 5. I'm 230lbs so it struggled on a steep incline. Seat is a little on the hard side so I bought a cover that's gel padded. Overall I'm very happy with this bike and heading out again to cruise the neighborhood. Ok, so I researched the reviews and rolled the dice so here we go. Quality of bike is Excellent, Ease of assembly Very Easy. Would have been nice to have the mountain bike front hub lock washers so if the front tire ever comes loose the wheel canโ€™t come off. Power of bike on level surface is Good easy 20+ mph but !!! If your even going up a slight hill forget it 500w and a 36v battery doesnโ€™t get it done. Not even in Full Power assist mode! Iโ€™m 197lbs 6โ€™6โ€tall, bike is plenty big enough but very very Disappointed at the lack of power any slight hill, and I mean slight hill your doing all the work! You can hear the motor but it doesnโ€™t Help. So if your looking for a big tire street only bike. If your looking for any simple dirt road or simple trail forget it! Keep looking!!! ... show more

Firstly, this bike is terrific! It is fast and grabs a lot of attention. The rims and the 4" fat tires are smooth but very loud. On pavement, I sound like a dive bomber from the last world War. Aside from that, the tires are great off road and have proven great on trails, just avoid thorns or get liners. The last point of note is this: no suspension. It's a hard tail with rigid front forks. This is fine for smooth roads, but the jolts and vibration really tax my arms. So, I installed an air fork and now it rides amazing! Since it is about 1/3 to 1/2 the price of most other ebikes, it is value packed. The pedal assist kicks in whenever I pedal, or if I am tired I can rest and use the throttle by itself. The onboard computer can be tweaked to increase the max speed from 20 mph to whatever your weight and topography will allow. I've had it up to almost 30 mph. Overall, it was the best purchase for me. I have new freedom to explore my world! ... show more

This Bike was bought 1 year ago 6/2/21 within the 1st month the battery shorted out after 3 1/2 weeks I finally got the new one missed using it on my vacation week when went then another week 2 weeks later. 5/28/22 take initial ride at 243 miles on the ohmmeter, goes great good ride , next day on my way on a long ride because I bought a spare battery back cage for supplies ect about 5 miles in ride the motor not responding error 002 from what I am reading the motor or control panel is shot. Now this bikes 50 lbs and impossible ride uphill's I ended up walking home 2/12 mile roughly out of 5 miles. I spent 949 on bike 200 on there fender and rare storage area. Over $1000 and this bike been the absolute worst purchase ever on amazon my suggestion big money purchases go to local retailers so you can walk in those places for bad products which this seems to be a horrific one and guess what I am on vacation this week no bike will see how long this travesty takes to get settles this time! ... show more

The bicycle came on time and was way more than I expected, great looking bike looks tough. After removing the Governor from the top speed I was able to hit 26 miles an hour. A lot of times when I'm stopped at a stoplight I get a lot of people rolling down their windows and asking questions about it. I have been using Uber to get back and forth to work for 3 years now this bike is saving me some serious money no more Uber for me. Very very happy. ... show more
