The front wheel of the bike attaches to the fork with 2 bolts. You can see in the attached photo that one side was not drilled out for the bolt, so there is no way to attach that side to the fork. We have reached out to Customer Service for a replacement wheel. We are seriously disappointed that we had to wait for delivery and now have to waste our time sorting this out. Anyone could have seen that this wasn't done properly if they had bothered to inspect the parts before shipping. ... show more

Came on time, VERY well packaged. Took some time to assemble. Battery wouldn't seat all the way down. Called tech support and was answered right away and had me send pics. Bike electronics did not work. Seller would not pay for return shipping. Amazon said we were eligible for refund and then said there was nothing they could do. 3rd party seller. After waiting on Amazon we have exceeded our time. Never again will I buy anything like this via Amazon.
