Then I gently wipe at whatever I'm trying to remove. It works okay on most things. But sometimes I have to rub a bit harder than I'd like. And I have noticed my skin feels a little dry after using it. So I always put on moisturizer. The scent is light and not too strong, which I like. I'm not sure about all the ingredients.
