This thing is great! I was a little skeptical because the price seemed a little low, and there were a couple reviews saying it didn’t match the item pics. When it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised, the box was fairly large and decently heavy, off to a good start. Upon opening, it was exactly what I was hoping! Great item that will come in super handy with a short bed compact truck. Only criticism would be the PINK warning flag, well hey, that matches the listing pics too. Note, you will need your own hitch pin. UPDATE: HAVE USED IT TWICE NOW ON A MAVERICK, IT WORKED PERFECTLY!!!!! HAULED A COUPLE 12' 4X4 POSTS, STRAPPED THE POSTS TO THE ADJUSTABLE "U" SHAPED CRADLE END, AND WAS ABLE TO DRIVE AS IF I WAS UNLOADED! THE ANGLED BOTTOM HITCH PIECE IS THE PERFECT ANGLE, I WAS EVEN ABLE TO DRIVE UP THE SLOPED DRIVEWAY WITHOUT SCRAPING THE ENDS OF THE 12 FOOTERS!!!

For the money this is perfect for hauling anything with extended length. For me that was a canoe. Only thing I wish is that the adjustable height was greater. I have the Decked drawer system in my truck bed and it needed a bit more height so I cut it off and welded on a longer tube to get it up to level. Otherwise it is easy to install, adjust and is sturdy. No tools needed breaks down for easy storage. Only think you need is a hitch pin.

It should do the job, but I doubt for very long though!!! It’s very loose at the connections. Pretty disappointing! Company should be embarrassed for putting this quality out. Unless it’s missing a shim or a sleeve??? Only hauling a kayak or two on the UTV in country dirt roads…… fully prepared for the kids to call and say it broke

Regret not getting this a long time ago. On my Sierra 5 1/2' bed, the brace now supports out to 11'4". Carried a 16' handrail blank flat, very easily. 12' material will be easier. No more up-slant boards. No more buy a 2x4 to support the thinner material for the ride home. Heavy enough materials used in construction of it. Easily breaks down and fits in my cross-body tool box without being too bulky. Badass, Really

Great extender for my 95 K2500 longbed diesel. Carried 20’ culvert pipe Arrived in great shape and adjuster worker great. It is 47” between uprights but flip one over and secure the load properly and use flags!!!!
