Thus is a great lift except for the instructions. They don't tell you how to put together the front A-Arm setup. I was able to figure it out using common sense lol, but I included some pictures of assembly to help others save time! Rear lift blocks are a little weak too so I welded a plate in the open spot to strengthen them! Also order some rear leaf spring bushings off Amazon too. You will have the leaf springs out so you might as well replace them!

I eventually got this installed, but 1-3 hours? More like 2 days and I'm a decent home (not professional) mechanic. Admittedly, some of this was due to this going on a 30-year-old golf cart, but a lot of it was also due to really poor instructions to the point that you're basically on your own for installing it. I ended up roughly following a MadJax YouTube video to do the install. This manufacturer doesn't seem to know its own product. First of all, some of the instructions clearly show a SGC brand lift kit (even with the SGC logo). Also the instructions don't mention the four metal pieces I included in the pic. I still have absolutely no idea what they're for and where they go. Apparently neither does the manufacturer or you'd think they'd be in the instructions??? FYI, the box said 7Blacksmiths on the outside and this same kit is sold on Amazon by 7Blacksmiths for like $30 cheaper. This same kit from this seller shows the main front end completely assembled -- it isn't. And there's no instructions for how to assemble it. I just used common sense to assemble it, but if you're not mechanically inclined it might be a bit of a problem for you. Again, so far it looks like a decent kit especially for the relatively low price. However, with hindsight, I would gladly pay the $100-150 more to actually get what I thought I was purchasing (assembled) and with much better instructions and even a manufacturer's Youtube video. If you're on a budget, this isn't horrible, but if you can afford a higher priced kit, I would recommend getting that.

Nice lift kit. Came with all necessary parts except shocks. Be sure to replace your shocks. Made a boring cart look amazing.

Spindles are longer on the axle side so the crown nut and pin need to be modified. Instructions suck for install. Completely missing those 4 aluminum pieces. Hardware doesn't match instructions so be prepared to run to get bolts a dozen times. Spindles on the axle side are bigger than the factory axle threads so you have to buy extra parts. Eventually got it on with significant changes. It's also taller than 6" but that's cool.

At first was nervous due to the price, but after much research I found this is very similar if not the same as any kit under 500. Had an issue with one heim stripping but found replacements for pretty cheap. Run this kit over 40mph and with a good alignment handles it pretty well. Not a terrible install, took about 4 hours start to finish and that’s including a fight with some crusty 40 year old hardware.

Good price, came in earlier than was originally stated. But box was delivered damaged and was missing parts. Waiting for a call from customer service to discuss. Price now increased $50 from what I originally bought it for.
