I love these containers. I did have some difficulty with a couple lids warping (I didn't get them wet, but I think they must have warped when I closed them up with some hot food inside), and one cracked. I contacted the company and I got an immediate and personal reply. The woman who owns the company was so friendly and easy to deal with and replaced my lids, no questions asked. I do need to be more careful with avoiding any issues that might cause warping in the future, but the containers are worth it since they are so eco-friendly, and I love supporting a small, family business! ... show more

Perfect, and great customer service - I reached out because one of my lids was slightly concave, causing the seal to be not as tight. Tina quickly addressed my concerns, sent me a replacement lid (+ utensil band) and also gave a very comprehensive doc on how to try to fix my existing lid.     • Love and (slight) disappointment
My wife and I fell in love with these. They are such a great idea and really leveled up the charcuterie board shelf in our new fridge. Wonderful and amazing. We have several different sizes and get in and out of them daily and have eaten a lot more fruit and veggies on a daily basis since getting these. We love them and will keep using them BUt .. they can be tricky to open (even with the valve opened) and sometimes the logger valve comes out and is a challenge to put back in. The biggest issue is that lids warp! Moisture from the contents on the inside of the bamboo while dryness from the outside makes the bamboo tops curl and become imperfect seals and wobble when stacked. :( It’s silly, but when we wash them between uses, we literally put a kettle bell weight on the lids as they dry in an attempt to flatten them back out. Owners - If you’re reading this, not all of them seem to do this. I suspect it may have to do with manufacturing and using the bamboo facing one way or the other? Maybe the natural curvature of the material is being expressed when one side remains exposed to moisture? Not sure, but it’s frustrating. Again, we love these and are delighted that we have them but the kids can be frustrating to work with. ... show more

Just as described, totally non-toxic and very attractive. I use them to bring my grandchildren meals they can eat in the car on the from school to basketball etc. They’re hungry, so got the XL size and it works well. 3 different compartments allows me to make it interesting and the cutlery strap makes it organized. I really want to get away from plastic, so I was excited to order these glass food containers with bamboo tops and silicone seals. I regret to report that they are totally dysfunctional. The lids warp. One broke when I was pushing it in place and I had to crazy glue it (photo). They all leak, requiring me to use rubber bands. Note, I have never put the lids in the dishwasher. Fortunately, I found similar containers with glass lids. They seal well. ... show more

I have had these for about 2-3 months. I clean them by hand and let them air dry on my counter. One of the bamboo tops bowed, so it no longer seals on the glass container. The others seem fine, but now I'm wondering if the other bamboo tops are going to bow as well. It's a shame, because I was hoping to order more, since I'm trying to get away from plastic containers. ... show more

Great thick quality glass containers and love the bamboo lids. They do definitely help as a bonus cutting board at times plus the silicon plug really does help. Bamboo lids don't last forever but they provide helpful tips to prolong their usefulness and I even just use some beeswax food coverings too. Amazing service, they provided a free lid years after my initial purchase for a replacement lid. Great service and highly recommend! My family has converted all our old plastic containers to these glass containers and are very happy with the change :) ... show more
