Really enjoyed this chair but the foam was an issue. It came in a thin plastic bag that you had to dump inside the chair. This made a huge mess! Because the foam wasn’t in its own bag to stay in you couldn’t remove the liner for washing. I was in between choosing the 3ft vs 4ft. I ended up going with the 3ft as I was worried about the 4ft being too big for my space. It's a decent size. But honestly, I kind of wish I would have gone up. Im a 5ft 1 petite woman and i can sit in it just fine, i just wish I could curl up in it more. I saw someone else say they as an adult could sit comfortably in the 3ft alongside their child, and I honestly don't know how they would be doing that lol. Now when it comes to the filling, it is not the most comfortable. The pieces of foam they use inside it are cut very jagged and feel firm underneath you. I really wish they would cut the foam up more, so it would be way more comfortable. The velvet cover is very thin. It's soft but it has zero plush feeling whatsoever. If it was thicker, it would help with not feeling those jagged foam pieces as much. I'm thinking of putting an old thick plush blanket covering the top but underneath the cover- to add some extra cushion from feeling the foam chunks. Overall its a decent bean bag for the price. I paid like 50 with tax. I just plan to pile more pillows and blankets around and on it.
