These fit somewhat perfectly on the quarter windows on a 2002 2dr Ford Expl. I'd completely forgotten that 1 set is darker, but that makes it even better. Also obstructs the view to the inside, bc the reflective suction plastic gives it a 2-way mirror effect. Someone would have to try really hard to see inside, day or night, unless the light coming from inside is brighter. The suction stays put MOST days while the windows are opened, riding on the interstate. You'll hear it flapping against the glass before it can just fly away. We got these to shade the kids (to stop the complaints about the sun being too bright). They work well and stay on. The darker ones are too dark (it makes it hard to see out the back windows). The lighter ones work fine to shade the sun and you can still see out the window.

I purchased these to use to keep people for peeking into my parked car, and I think they worked very well. They were fairly opaque and made it very hard to look into the car, unfortunately for the same reason I do have to take them on and off the car every time I drive, even on the back windows, and the recommended application process of wetting them with a spray bottle has been leaving my windows kind of dirty. ... show more

My 93 year old Mom has very sensitive eyes now. These work perfectly on my passenger side window to block the sun for her. Very easy for her to remove and reposition when needed. I'm 65 and have no problem seeing through it during the day. My 75 year old sister put one in her car also for Mom and she has a little problem seeing through it.
