First off I would like to commend the manufacturer for creating such an awesome bike. Ive had 3 ebikes and this is by far the best quality for the money. It has amazing torque, acceleration and is super fast. The bike is loaded with cool accessories and easy to operate. There is an Echo customer service number and email on the manual when you receive the bike. They will deliver any parts for free of charge if not working properly. They are super friendly and very helpful. I would aso recommend the professional assembly he did an awesome job and was very professional. I am very happy with my purchase and would buy again. 5 stars hands down

This bike is everything I expected it to be. The range is great for when I am in the woods on hunting trips it is also great for when I need to make commutes to the store for my family. Lots of speed and torque which is ideal for the terrain that I ride in. Also way faster than I expected. The range on this bike is exactly what you want in a heavy duty emoto bike. The size of the bike is what I like the most. It feels like I'm sitting inside of the bike instead of on the top of the bike which gives some riders anxiety. Overall this bike fits exactly what I was looking for in a new age high-powered electric bicycle

Received bike fast and the FEDX delivery guy was the best. I noticed the box was damaged and he stayed to make sure their was no damage to the bike. Bike was not damaged in anyway. Was easy to assemble. You MUST tighten all screws, tight. On first ride, handle bars stem loosened. I took tools with me just incase. Pros. Bike is solid, rides well. Tool pouch and water bottle is a nice feather. Lights are great and turn signals. Brakes work great. Seat is fairly comfortable. Climbs hills unbelievable great. Seems like after a few charges, the battery life gets longer. Bike lock is the best, we'll made, the way to unlock combination was not provide, had to contact manufacture to get combination. Front wheel must be 7000watts, spins fast on loose gravel on hills. Sure can climb though. Cons. Starts out in 2 wheel drive and you better hang on. This can not be changed to start everytime at rear wheel drive. It would be nice to have a walking speed, my son has an E bike that has that feature. You have to be alert coming to corners so you don't hit the motor speed. Back fender flaps going down bumpy trails, fixed that with weather stripping tape and adjusting support on fender. Ridden it 4 times and the first 2 rides battery life was not long but seems to be improving. Remember, be alert on approaching corners with trees or steep hills, do not engage moters or you will crash!
