Item arrived without the controller. Then when I got the controller and installed it, I got a low voltage alarm. After multiple emails attempting to resolve the issue (Including installing a replacement board), I had to return the system.

Received with one damaged solar panel, which was replaced. Have set up to test before installing in well. Got low power light on controller and have had multiple contacts with seller, all of which I got same answer which didn't resolve problem. Bought an additional pair of solar panels, which did not solve problem. Now controller does not light or respond at all when connected. Never could get ok to return product, so I guess I'll just have to eat the cost and buy from another source. ... show more

US BUYERS BEWARE! Purchased over $3,000 of Eco-Worthy and they do not warranty anything. Bought 12 of their solar panels, 2 of them were different size and lower voltage, they didn't care. 5 were shattered in delivery, only replaced one saying shipping is not their problem. Their Inverter was bad out of the box, they confirmed it was defective but didn't care or warranty it as long as the on/off switch worked. Their GEL batteries never charged above 12v, They didn't care. Refused to respond or replace. Their 400w Turbine never produced over 0.28v in 40Mph winds - Again didn't care. They will lead you along until the 60day charge back date passes.
