Terrible experience. Had to have a electrician out on multiple occasions. The panels produce 24 v and the pump only runs on 12 v. A voltage regulator was required. It's not included and nowhere does it say it even needs one!! Customer service was absolutely no help. The only communication available was thru China and via email. (1 email every 24-36 hrs at best) it has taken 2 months to get this thing running. Definitely not worth the headache. Plan on spending anther 300 bucks for wire, splice kit, pump support rope, discharge line and regulator. ... show more

The pump was DOA and discovered when installed. I purchased the system well in advance of the install so I would not be held up waiting for the pump when the prep work was completed. Purchased July 31 and installed September 16 when everything was ready... now too late to return. I've done electrical work for decades... when tested the pump has a direct short internal. I'll be looking for a reliable replacement. If you are able test everything upon arrival. ... show more

Everything seemed great until I got it all hooked up and plumbed in the well and it won’t lift water 150’ to the cattle trough. Very disappointed

Once everything arrived I hooked all the parts together and tested it. Working great. In direct sun its currently moving 5gpm. Happy with overall purchase. I'd highly recommend. Looking forward to moving to my one pond this weekend to transfer water to another pond that is roughly 200ft away.

    • Ready to catch fire within 30 seconds
Product is ready to catch fire after hooking everything up. Circuit board started smoking and I immediately unhooked unit. Dealing with getting it fixed or returned is a nightmare. Tried sending pictures and they won't send due to size of picture from my phone. Any help would be appreciated.
