I am so pleased. I have bought 5 mattresses in 3 years searching for one I can sleep since I have chronic back pain. It is so nice to get into bed at night and feel so comfy. I do still wake (well, it can't always be perfect) but I manage to adjust my bed since it is adjustable and go back to sleep. That is so important to get up in the morning and feel like you've had a nights sleep. There is nothing I dislike unless I could say I'll never be able to move it, it is so heavy. I would never complain since I have had some sleep and that's been lacking for years. I hope it continues to work for me and I will be happy to endorse your product over and over. I wondered about the medium firm but I have had a very firm mattress and a soft one so tried and this seems to be like the 3 bears, the perfect one. Before this mattress, I was up looking for a place to rest at 3am every night, tried the sofa, then sat straight up in chair to sleep. Thank God for this mattress I feel like a human again.

For reference, this review is about the medium-firm option. Since buying this mattress 6 weeks ago, there may have been one or two nights where I've slept for more than 5 hours consecutively. After that, I'm awakened by the aches and pains and aggravated pressure points which come from sleeping on this brick of a mattress. It also sleeps hot. This is an extremely disappointing purchase. And be warned: while Eco Terra has a 90 day return policy, The Natural Latex Company does not. You have 30 days to try out this product if you buy it on Amazon. If you want to return it after that, well, it's not going to be easy. I actually requested to return it and The Natural Latex Company sent me a long PDF with all the hoops I'd have to jump through in order to get it back to them. Unfortunately, I was moving apartments right after purchasing this mattress (dumb on my part) and so did not have time within those 30 days to go through this elaborate return process. If you do decide to get this mattress, I'd strongly recommend doing it directly through Eco Terra, since The Natural Latex Company offers such a worse return policy. But, I'd more strongly recommend just not getting it. There are so, so many other options out there, both cheaper and better and also more convenient and/or feasible to return if need be. I'm tempted to give this 2 stars instead of 1 because it does seem like the bed is very sturdy and that the materials aren't bad. But, it's caused me 6 weeks of terrible sleep, so I'm not feeling especially generous. If you want to spend $800 on a queen-sized mattress base, this will be perfect for you. That's essentially what it is for me: a rock-solid foundation on which I'm now adding softer mattress toppers, hoping soon to be able to get a good night's sleep.

When I first purchased this bed, oh my gosh I felt like I was living a dream. BEST BED EVER... for a few months. A year. It only lasted a year before it sagged soooo bad it caused the worst back pain and IT WAS SO EXPENSIVE LOL. I’m so sad. I was hoping this would help my scoliosis sadly no.

I cannot believe how much we love this mattress. Great for older, heavier folks, bad backs, back sleeper, side sleeper. The edges are very supportive when sitting on the side. No odor. We’ve had memory foam (~15 mos), Saatva (~13 mos), overpriced Adjustable bed from Costco (~few years), Sleep Number (~2 years), Tempurpedic (at least 6 years, maybe more), Beautyrest (~2 years). This is by far the best. It’s quite heavy (a good thing) so we did as one person suggested—unboxed the mattress right on the frame. Worked well for us.

I purchased the medium-firm mattress, and my partner and I have slept on it for two nights. I am only 135 pounds, and the mattress feels like it is sagging and sinking in the middle. It hurts my back and does not provide enough support. It almost feels like an air mattress in terms of support. My partner weights about 145. The mattress feels like this regardless of whether I am alone in it or if we are both in it, although it is a bit worse when we are both in it. We both sink into the middle of the mattress like quicksand. The edges of the mattress feel more supportive, but I have to fight gravity to stay on the side instead of rolling into the droopy middle part. It is also really bouncy, and every time my partner moves, the mattress bounces and wakes me up. Very disappointing when I was hoping for a firm and supportive mattress. I think this would be a fine mattress for someone who likes a soft mattress that you can sink into, but if you want something firm and supportive, this mattress is not it.
