Overall, I really like the design of this shirt and the material. It's light weight but the material feels substantial. The vented back is nicely done. I have similar 'fishing shirts' that the material feels very light and almost flimsy and the venting is overly large. The pockets are solid and the zippers seem to work well. Time will tell how well it holds up. The fit is good other than, as others have mentioned, the sleeves are too short.. like by about 1-2". I generally roll my sleeves up, and this has the buttons on the sleeve to hold the rolls in place. But for anyone looking for full protection from the sun and wants the sleeves down, you might gain some length by going up a size. ... show more

I have fallen in love with these shirts. They are almost exactly what I was looking for. They are light weight and well made. I have been wearing Columbia and Bass Pro fishing shirts. I didn't think that I would like the zipper pockets but I was really wrong - I love them. They allow me to access the hidden pockets more quickly and quietly than the velcro closures on the other shirts. Although, I do wish these shirts had velcro on the outer breast pockets than the buttons. The size (large) fits me well and the sleeve length is perfect for me. I'm 5'10" and around 190lbs. Ordered the Large and it's a great fit. Light and loose fitting, so it's not going to hamper my movements while I'm out shooting wildlife pictures. I like that it will give me UV protection and it seems to wick away moisture, despite being synthetic fibres. Gave it a good spray of Permethrin, ready for my next adventure.
